    The elimination diet. Here's how you do it
    >Fast for 5 days
    This will reset your body. Now add foods slowly and see which one makes you feel like shit and which ones make you feel good.
    Optmical diet depends on your genetics.
    I recommend starting with meat, pork first. If you feel like shit avoid pork. If you feel great keep the pork and continue adding stuff like rice, potatoes, carrots, other meats, etc. Do it one by one so you can track it well

          Italy? it's pretty normal here, i get it bc the fat is good quality since per law they have to feed them only in open pastures if they have to be butchered, and it doesn't cost more than cow beef.
          tastes gamey, a bit irony but not like deer or wild game.
          i'm only on like 20% protein btw so it's like i'm eating a pound every day, but definetly it's my main meat if i'm going to have some.
          anyway best meat hands down is wild boar if you can get it
