not training intensely enough, not eating enough, not eating enough protein
literally the only answer there is for these types of questions
but even if you aren't eating enough aka at maintenance shouldn't you be gaining muscle via body recomp????
yes i weigh the same, actually i lost 2kg recently
How much protein?
at least 1.5g/kg
i do get 7-8 hours of sleep
you need at least 2g/kg of lean body mass
Not really if you are already relatively lean.
>another one fell for the recomp meme
fricking lol
>lifts going up
>more muscle
>lost fat
>fell for the recomping meme
? What do you mean fell for? that seems like the absolute ideal scenario. 3kg lean muscle mass difference in a year is about as much as a natty can gain.
Plus not sleeping enough. No point working hard if you don't recover from it.
>Bro recover better
meme
Answer is not eating enough, by the looks of things. See
where OP states that he's lost weight, another victim of the clean bulking myth. You need to eat and eat and eat to get the most out of your noob gains, the body won't build much muscle without a significant caloric surplus. Recomp is something for people who are either fat to begin with, or experienced lifters coming back after taking some time off.
I got fat after falling for the bulking meme
My lifts went up a bit but it's still over
do you weigh the same?
do you have before/after pics?
All of these replies are shit (except for )
. It's because you're a human that's not taking steroids. You won't look very different after a year of training.
Watch Scooby's video on this:
DIOS MIO ES LA BRUJA
you can lift for 10 years natty and you will still look DYEL without a pump
i hate this homosexual so much
Yeah, this samehomosexual keeps spamming the same pic with the same copy-paste message in any even slightly related thread. Does he think he will genuinely get anybody with this? I wonder what type of troony discord server he comes from LOL
>4 day ppl
4/10 would not bang
Post body, anon.
Also, what rep ranges you do per set?
How many sets per muscle?
Do you train till failure?
>4 day ppl
ppl is six days.
>lifts slowly going up
post full routine with rep scheme and current weights on them. also explain the progression scheme
>been a year and i still look the same
post stats. weight now, height, estimated bfp, starting weight
>not training to failure or very very near it
>not eating enough protein
>not getting enough sleep
One, or some combination of these things.
As long as you are getting stronger everything is fine. I bet you have a fricked up image of fitness from looking at too many roiders on here. If you have visible abs you are fitter than 99% of male population.
>lifts slowly going up
What did you expect? I’ve been at it for 15 years and my lifts are still slowly going up.
>he fell for the natty meme
I didn't look substantially different til about year 3. That's when it's noticeable at least. Also depends on what you're training, stuff like lats and traps will be more noticeably different than biceps
post body senpai
Dirty bulk (meat not goyslop) and do low rep high volume for a year
not eating enough
not sleeping enough
If you are going 4 days per week, and you aren't gaining, then you aren't eating enough. Simple as.
>eye contact_.jpg
>you gotta eat big to get big, yknow?
single handedly fueled my from dyel gym goer to 200lb 10%bf
eat more.
God I haven’t had someone look at me like this in a while.
Think I’m gonna get drunk tonight bros
I’m doing it bros. Just did my workout a few hours ago. Just had a protein shake. I’m getting drunk
I bet you're doing junkie volume
Biggol white woman breasts, god's gift to the human(white) race
The fact that these are more than likely the same (indian) poster is quite unnerving
Eat more (protein)
Sleep more
Lift more (weight)
didn't read give sauce
my gf
lucky bastard
Built for loving and cuddling with black men
Eat more protein, sleep more and lift heavier you frickin moron.
If you arent sweating after your first compound set you didnt warm up properly and you working out with enough intensity.
>lifts slowly going up
>been a year and i still look the same
You're following a strength routine and/or you have unrealistic natty expectations.
You gotta do whatever it takes. Eat more, lift harder, add more days and volume.
