Are you attractive? Make a grindr and offer your bussy for a pair of shoes, problem solved
You're not willing to invest $100 towards your foot health? You only have one feet.
Learn to count.
Call me a schizo but I don't think there's any one place outside where you can go running barefoot with no risk of getting cut with some tiny dumb debris
Running is a scam, start walking instead.
Have you tried looking in the clearance section?
lmao what
I run barefoot 225
maybe stop being a homosexual and drink some milk lmao
Running is a scam, do forward and backward short sprints on grass instead
zero drop shoes are only like $40.
>google zero drop shoes with arch support
>160 euro
bruh
All whitin are only $40.
>with arch support
you're moronic
you don't need fricking "arch support"
the entire point of barefoot zero drop shoes is getting as close as possible to natural, no shoes movement
arch support jesus christ
*ahem* go barefoot
>Bought Chinese Running shoes for 10 bucks at the cheap shoe store at the mall
>Perfect copy of 200 buck Nikes
>Been running with them for almost 3 years
>Ran in rain, snow, mud and gravel
>No pain just comfort
>Thanks Bugpeople
i have never met a serious runner who advocates for barefoot running
it's purely a IST scam from coping fat fricks who "run" barefoot on a treadmill at 5 mph for 10 minutes
realtalk OP just check all the big brands for their mid tier road running shoe models and try to find last years shoe model on their site or on amazon. I can usually replace my rooning shoes every 250 miles or so for like $60
also know that shoe price can vary by color scheme; the hi-liter yellow shoes are usually the cheapest because they're ugly lel and you'll never wear them as a casual shoe
good call, i gravitate towards ISTg shoes and i should stop
i will look again and give chineslop shoes another chance before going for amazon. i don't think i could shop for shoes online because i need to actually make sure the shoes fit my foot shape first and that doesn't happen often
not available in my country but i'll get them online if it comes down to it
I own two different pairs and personally this one is the most comfy.

Very nice.
I got these guys and love em.
Little bit of cushion for those hard surfaces. The wide toe box changed my life.

>hi-liter yellow shoes are usually the cheapest
I bought a pair of neon yellow Asics because I thought they were extremely cringe and it would be funny to wear them. They are like alarm bells on my feet obnoxiously screaming "LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME" which contrasts sharply vs my reserved personality.
You explained it yourself. The cheap shoes hurt your feet. The shoe makers know this, and make the good ones cost more because they know you don't want to hurt your feet.
>he unironically runs
why? Do you hate all of your joints? Or have you just never heard of a stationary bike or even more based elliptical?
holy frick you are stupid go stretch right now before you hurt your joints from just breathing
Anyone who uses -ooning or the like needs to stop posting and lurk moar
You ever noticed how you can walk and sprint in just about anything but you can’t run or jog in anything but expensive running shoes?
It’s almost like “running” and “jogging” were sold to the public as a way to get healthy when in reality it was a scheme to sell shoes. Weird.
You probably joke but you have redpilled me, brother. Jumping rope is enough. I feel enlightened.
Jumping rope is based, I use one of those fancy weighted ropes
Maybe but I like being able to cover a mile in four and a half minutes, so I'm going to keep rooning every day
People ran marathons in normal shoes before modern expensive trainers appeared. A lad came first in the marathon in Rome Olympic games running barefoot
>You ever noticed how you can walk and sprint in just about anything but you can’t run or jog in anything but expensive running shoes?
This doesn't align with my experience at all. Stop walking you delusional assclowns start jogging with me I'm tired of seeing people walking super slow like zombies it's like you walkers are prostitutes trying to get picked up the slow coy way you all walk
>ran in these for 100km
>ran my first marathon
>10€ at decathlon
No need to thank me. These are hidden gems
t used to work at decathlon and made one dude find out his ultimate shoes. He bought a truck worth of these (no joke, one truck)
>FEMME
I bought 20$ barefoot shoes and they mog the absolute frick out of my 120$ nikes so that's nice. Just bite the pill and buy some random barefoot shoes from some chink company and see for yourself.
Look at older season models, don't but the latest version. You need to know what your feet appreciate though.
Go to the fricking thrift store moron.
>AND WHY IS ROONING IN CHEAP SHOES SO PAINFUL
Learn forefoot strike, instead of relying on a cushioning crutch.
>Not running bare foot
ISHYGDDT
send venmo/paypal. I make too much money at my day job to watch anons suffer.
i did frick some guys who had hemorrhoids. always wondered what was up with that. never changed my experience though, but i guess it must hurt them. well, that's the price to take my chad wiener i guess
>chad wiener
>fricking gays with hemorrhoids
riiiiiight
buy barefoot shoes and get some strong feet, gay.
Black Friday is in a week. Get your discounted high end running shoes then.
I'm sort of new to running, used to run heaps years ago but I've put on 45 lbs since then. I jog in cheap runners and on pavement and my knees feel like exploding. My feet don't hurt at all, it's my shins and knees that feel like death. Any advice anons? Would buying expensive runners actually fix this or is it the pavement that's the issue? Or should I legit run barefoot?
Work on your foot fall and get cushy trainers.
Those are the only shoes people should wear full stop. Barefoot is better for your feet health than wearing any other shoe. It's all a psyop
You can just buy cheap running shoes and buy inserts that support can be reused. If you underpronate (the outer of your soles will be the most worn out) then you have high arches and need appropriate support
