Someone made a thread yesterday about water filled dumbbells and I checked Amazon and they sell these water filled punching bag thingies that you can OHP and carry. It weighs like 70 lbs when filled
those are objectively superior to sand bags because of the way the water sloshes around, it provides a greater challenge and is much better for core work. They're probably better than regular weights for total body workouts tbh
