Yes. I alternate it with 10kg weighted vest and bodyweight. Dont want my leg to become too big so i just do the minimal 80-100x reps in 1 or 2 set evertime i train and thats it.
Why? I dont know dude you tell me. I just train my leg to have balanced body. I like to wear slim jeans so thats why i do not want em too big. Another reason is i like doing cardio with walking (sometimes walk with weighted 10kg vest). So if train my leg too hard it will affect my cardio.
