what the fuck is a sneed oil

Processed industrial waste sold as "food" to gullible goyim that makes you sick. Its shelf stable, cheap and has little or no taste, so it is in everything you buy ready made. Cook yourself and use something like butter, lard, tallow, duck fat or coconut oil instead.

so if "seed oils" are bad does that also mean seeds are bad? such as eating sunflower sneeds, cashews, walnuts, etc?

You need to process thousands of seeds to get a spoonful of oil, eating the real thing is not a problem. Just like eating fruit or corn is fine but not processed sugar or corn syrup.

I should already be pretty good then, since I almost solely eat "real food" instead of pre-fab shit. When I cook on a pan I usually go with olive oil or butter when I can. Or if I've recently cooked duck, I save the rendered duck fat for cooking. I've only used canola for when I need something seared on very high heat and need something with a high smoke point. But even then I've always naturally shied away from canola/basedbean oil because they taste like shit.

                >Repeated heating of vegetable oils at high temperatures during cooking is a very common practice. Heating or boiling of oils is generally done during meal preparation for cooking or deep frying. Consumption of food cooked in such repeatedly heated oils pose a serious health hazard due to the formation of few nutritionally undesirable products [4]. It was also proven that fat content in the food and cooking at high temperatures significantly contribute to the formation of mutagens and cause cancer in different target sites [53]. Moreover, thermally oxidized lipids enhance peroxidation of membrane macromolecules, contributing to their mutagenicity and genotoxicity which could potentially lead to carcinogenesis. The practice of reusing oil during food preparation processes is widespread. This practice is not only confined to roadside food stalls; established food outlets in large cities also use this method to reduce costs. [47]. Mutagenic activity of heterocyclic amines during cooking of meat and fish by grilling on charcoal and broiling at high temperatures has been long demonstrated [37]. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the possible deleterious health effects of consumption of repeatedly heated vegetable oil in rats.

Yes, because lipid peroxidation is a downstream transducer, not the cause of free radicals.

                >of vegetable oils
nice try trying to skew it. it doesn't happen to saturated fats, because saturated fats have no carbon-carbon double bonds.
                >Repeated heating of oils at high temperatures (160–190 °C) over a long period of time predisposes the oil to thermal oxidation, hydrolysis and polymerization with a configuration change of fatty acid from cis to trans isomers and accelerates the formation of oxidized and polymerized lipid species in the frying medium [18]. Repeated heating changes the physical appearance of the oil with increase in its viscosity, darkening in color, foaming and decrease in smoke point making it harmful for human consumption.

they are harmful because they are extremely prone to oxidation and are already rancid off shelf. not only that, they are stored in transparent plastic bottles that don't shield them from light. this is also why they need to be spiked with vitamin E and deodorized which creates trans fatty acids.
they're already repeatedly heated in the factory

                >Oil samples were deodorized at temperatures from 204 to 230°C from 2 to 86 h. Results showed an increase in the relative percentage of isomerized linolenic and linoleic acid with an increase in either the deodorization time or the temperature. The percentage of trans linoleic acid (compared to the total) after deodorization ranged from <1 to nearly 6%, whereas the percentage of trans linolenic acid ranged from <1 to >65%.

You just keep owning yourself lmao. Try reading more than the abstract next time.
The point of this study was to create a theoretical model from laboratory tests to predict trans isomerization. These numbers aren't from industrial deodorizers. Such a theoretical model is useful, because it cuts cost in the development of industrial deodorizers which obviously don't create significant amounts of trans fa in compliance with guidelines.
It's painfully obvious you're just googling and hoping for the best instead of, you know, being actually informed about the science.

Olives are a fruit. Olive oil is a fruit oil. If you were to grind up millions of olive pits into a paste, then send the pit paste into a giant mesh screen at 6 gorillion miles per hour until it's liquefied, then bottle that up, that would be a seed oil since olive pits are seeds.

Truth must win. The same people telling people to stop consuming oils (fine by me, theri mass consumption has never been recommended) are also telling people to eat more saturated fat (not fine, evidence is clear that substituting saturated fat with pufa and mufa reduces many types of diseases significantly). But when that is bought up, seed oil scare mongers simply REFUSE to believe the evidence by bullshit excuses. Those people are crazy, dangerous and fanatical, and what they are telling is killing people.

tldr seed oil scare mongers should be shot more than any terrorist, they are killing and crippling more people

all paid studies are garbage. The difference is that meat has been good for our ancestors for millenia, while sneed oils are a recent thing. And would you look at that, heart disease have skyrocketed as sneed oils became the norm. Makes you think...

not really, though more recent than meat for sure

heart disease started skyrocketing way before the implementation of sneed oils into every factory made edible
besides, we there's a very well described mechanism of how exactly meat overconsumption causes cardiovascular disease

An air fryer is an excellent investment and I think a fundamental tool for modern healthy living. Uses less energy, makes crispy food, and just as convenient as a microwave and traditionally microwaveable food (like corn dogs and frozen burritos) taste fantastic in the air fryer. I have the grill air fryer and I make my steak and burgers in it too. It's amazing.

Sometimes its hard to quickly explain why PUFA's are bad for you to normies in a quick and concise manner, mostly because they dont want to believe they've been lied to by "health experts" all these years telling them that goybean oil is good for them, but this video is nice because it references some extensive studies and makes it clear that like most corruption, money is at the root.

Well, something like a classic wok stir fry that depends on very high heat in short bursts would definitely not work. But I'd agree that for most of your regular, western style cooking, butter is fine. And you can make ghee if you wanna raise the smoke point and remove the milk flavor.
