i used to feel hungry all the damn time, would snack alot so days feel longer now that i barely think about snacking. 2 meals a day
havent had rice in months, which is nice since im cutting, 3-5 eggs scrambled, 200g chicken with mild chilli or homemade teriyaki sauce, tenderstem broccoli. some deenz or strawberries as a snack. and a 200 calorie snack of whatever the frick i want usually icecream or a milky coffee
I feel like people who put down chicken and broccoli just cant cook and make their chicken plain and dry.
Hell yeah but I do 300-400g chicken breast, 14g beef tallow, 500-700g normandy Veg mix, and 15g ghee for my OMAD. That meal is 700-800kcal so I supplement that with fruit and my guilty pleasure of popcorn made with ghee. I'd do rice but I'm doing low carb because I had a diabetes scare earlier this year
Muscles are made of protein not sugar and indigestible carbs
Rice gives you better energy in the gym along with some protein, and vegetables give you vitamins and minerals, the fiber keeps your butthole from falling out and the volume gives you satiety
This is a very low fat meal, I think if you're losing weight then you should go more keto and fasting oriented but for a guy exercising every day of the week this is a damn near perfect meal
If you have body fat then you have free fatty acids your muscles can oxidize
Meat already gives you necessary vitamins, a piece of fruit is actually better in that regard, also fruit have the best kinds of sugar also honey does too. And you'll get fiber from fruit.
In terms of being sated eating carbs is the worst idea.
Meat is the most sating.
A piece of fruit or two in the morning is all you need since vitamin C is the only vitamin not found in animal food.
All you're really doing to "get more energy" is replenishing your hepatic glycogen which is optimized to go to the brain first anyways
It's good to have a cholesterol boost from meat and insulin in the morning when you're going to work out for test production, but for the rest of the day you don't want an insulin response to trigger cholesterol production so you don't need more carbs.
And the exogenous cholesterol is antagonist to endogenous cholesterol synthesis.
So eating lots of carbs along with meat after your workout as a recovery meal is very stupid considering most of the day is outside of the anabolic window.
Brown rice has lots of protein, so does broccoli. Tastlet pls go back to IST and your McChicken thread(s).
Broccoli has 2-3 grams of protein per cup
And Rice has a lot of shitty sugar

Not all >a piece of fruit is actually better in that regard

You need to eat a lot of meat to get enough vitamins >All you're really doing to "get more energy" is replenishing your hepatic glycogen which is optimized to go to the brain first anyways
And it's still better than ketosis >It's good to have a cholesterol boost from meat and insulin in the morning when you're going to work out for test production, but for the rest of the day you don't want an insulin response to trigger cholesterol production so you don't need more carbs.
Cholesterol is not a nutrient >insulin in the morning
Not really
That just makes you hungry throughout the day >And the exogenous cholesterol is antagonist to endogenous cholesterol synthesis.
Verbosity >So eating lots of carbs along with meat after your workout as a recovery meal is very stupid considering most of the day is outside of the anabolic window.

I already said it doesn't give C >High calorie
Not very, it's very healthy and it essentially the safest part of the plant to eat since plants want us to eat it >Carbohydrate is carbohydrate
morphologically yes >You need to eat a lot of meat to get enough vitamins
Good thing we're doing that because we're eating for hypertrophy
Whereas you need to eat lots of diverse plant matter to get the equivalent result >And it's still better than ketosis
yes because you have to phase from glucose processing to ketone body synthesizing
All largely for the sake of the brain >Cholesterol is not a nutrient
I don't recall saying it was, but it's essential for the creational of steroids like testosterone >That just makes you hungry throughout the day
eat protein to satiate your hunger >Verbosity
Cholesterol synthesis is regulated by Cholesterol so if you have high Cholesterol then it doesn't synthesize, insulin stimulates the synthesis of Cholesterol
so if you're getting it dietarily and through insulin triggered synthesis you're getting an excess throughout the day which is unhealthy because you're going to have more uptake than recycling, that's how Atherosclerosis happens (or rather is a necessary compounding condition as well as damage endothelial tissue) >Except for thousands of years of performance results from humanity

Have fun with your colon purification bud. You realize you can only do carnivore for about 5 years before your intestines completey eat themselves. You know because your hyper specialising on bacteria to digest meat. And you are. . . . Made of meat.
It’s delicious
High impact meal. Lots of brotein.
Cum bumblydumbly
How satiating is this? I tend to only eat one real meal a day; would this keep me going?
Six times a day MORE AAARRRRGH

I don't know, it doesn't even make sense the rice and broccoli are literally useless
ketohomosexual post body and post pro bodybuilder who built their body only on protein and fat.

>person on fit, the place that views food as fuel and nothing else, who instead of cooking just "meal prep, calls someone else a tastelet
Frick baked chicken breast, I eat thighs and ground beef mostly
Because IST lacks imagination and is full of autistics who enjoy simple, predictable things.
It's the ultimate /fit meal, boring but effective. Personally I would add some nuts and sauce
i've got some nuts and sauce for ya, buddy
brocolli is expensive in my place so i eat green beans
Red meat and eggs is the true bodybuilder diet. This shit is globohomosexual version of health food.
>globohomosexual promotes the non-macho food
Nope

Literally how unless I eat only tuna and a small amount of meat every day
doublescoop protein powder
All the protein powder I've seen had less protein per 100cal than food like tuna
Rice SUCKS
