i-is it really lads? tell me the truth, no memeing please. I'm gonna be honest this is the first time I see a chud (if that's a chud) and I think "I'd still fuck that". I can even picture myself sucking his cock just to try it, if he asked me to. This website is changing me I have to quit
No newfag, that’s not a man. “That’s a man” is a meme, lurk moar. She’s some ethot, not a 10/10 but cute. Hooked up with her at a convention, she’s very much a woman.
that just means it's good or popular. This board is obsessed with being some kind of sigma male which means they can't do what popular they have to be different and you can't be different unless you're also contrary to [current thing] regardless of how practical it is.
(not him) idk I think PPL can be anything between a Arnold split and brosplit .
The argument you're trying to have are all splits "brosplits" or is a "brosplit" specifically 6/7 day routines.
6 day PPL can easily be brosplit under another name if you have like A/B days like Push A is bench/dip focused and Push B is more OHP and shoulders centered. Both are pretty heavy in accessories too. So PPL as descriptor is kind of bad to begin with because most of the people promoting it were doing pplx (with a/b days) and most of the people shilling it here are shilling "reddit ppl" or "6 day ppl" which is pplpplx (but without a/b days) so there's already a communication error embedded in the argument before we got to the current semantic argument because there's 4 potential things they could be talking about.
You're overthinking it.
PPL is movement oriented, a brosplit is body-part oriented.

yeah that doesn't change much
push -chest, serratus
pull - biceps, traps
legs - quads, abs, calves
push - shoulders, triceps
pull - lats (lol rhomboid or some shit), forearms
-rest here-
legs- hamstring, posterior chain
you can just make it the same thing and a lot of them were starting to be organized similar because PPL became mainstream. It's like saying your days are organized by lifts then trying to avoid having overlapping compounds. You just wind up with the same thing eventually.

why the fuck would you run PPL like this? The point of PPL is to hit each muscle 2x a week. That's just ordering a brosplit in a similar way to PPL but is not the PPL split.

Anonymous
it hits each muscle twice week. You're working with at least half of your sets in compounds. Just because it's not as dominant on the same muscles on B as A doesn't mean it's not hitting them.
so what you are doing is you are completely changing what PPL is so it fits your argument?
I have never seen any PPL program here on IST where they'd train only biceps and traps on pull day, or just shoulders and triceps on push day.
You are one dishonest cocksucker.
There is a sort of standard PPL program and in a Push day one will train chest, shoulders and triceps.
There is no standard ppl that's the issue I'm trying to highlight. Is that we can all be talking about different things. I just make the split up on the spot it's not more than a napkin note.

there definitely is a standard, stop being dishonest.

The concept of PPL is:
Day 1:
Chest, tris, delts
Day 2:
Lat, trap, bis
Day 3:
legs
Repeat.
Brosplit is separating the body parts for each day. It's not complicated. Post body DYEL

You're a fucking retard. If ppl is a brosplit then why is it called something different? What you posted is not ppl or a brosplit it's ppl except half of the push and pull workouts will be missing. The point of a push day is to work all the push muscles. Unbelievable that I need to explain that. It's in the fucking name

you're still doing bench on push B just not as many sets or you can integrate some form of undulating periodization. Like 5x5 on A and 3x10 on B. You're not doing no overhead work on A just maybe seated DB press. It just has points of focus for particular day it's not excluding other muscles in that movement category. It's still PPL and it's still equally a brosplit. I don't know where people get this concept that there's 1 ppl routine.

thats not even close to a brosplit if you are working chest and shoulders twice a week just with different sets and reps do you have assburgers?

it is brosplit because like ppl and brosplit isn't one thing either. You arguing about internet words that have nebulous meanings at best as if they have whatever non-implicit meanings you attached to them because that's the context you learned them in.

This is what makes it not a brosplit. On a brosplit you would only do chest on chest day. No ohp, no lat raises

They are just going and don’t remember bro splits from when they were a thing. People would go to the gym and say “today I’m don’t hamstrings and shoulders” and would she only machines. The idea was to focus so intensely on one muscle you only need to stimulate it once a week (ie broscience).
PPL literally just means you have a do with lots of push based exercises, pull based and leg based. You can think of that purely functionally (and some people do squat on push day and deadlift on pull day) or you can incorporate some muscle group thinking. But it never has and never will be a “bro split”. I’m getting tired of how retarded this board is.

>“today I’m don’t hamstrings and shoulders” and would she only machines.
what the fuck LMAOO
fucking retards.
brosplit is having a dedicated day to arms, another dedicated day to shoulders, another to chest and so on, hitting each muscle group only once throughout the week, one day per group.
it works for people on roids so clueless retards like you thought it would work on natties but it doesn't, it's fucking shit which is why it's named brosplit.
PPL is a decent enough program which often focus on a big compound with high intensity at the start of the workout followed by some isolation with focused more on volume.
Bunch of stupid people calling you stupid, not understanding that a bro split is based around muscle groups done once a week. Bro splits were big decades ago and don’t work too well unless you’re on gear. Not enough muscle stimulation.
some people on fit hate PPL because it's popular and it's cool to hate popular things and makes it look like you know better than most people.
PPL is good but I switched off it for arnie's split because I don't like doing chest and shoulders on the same day, you can't OHP and bench on the same day optimally and those are my two favourite lifts
i'm doing what is basically PPL, with stomach and biceps on every one of those three days. IDK, i think it works well enough for me, i get mires, and my grandmother thinks i'm too muscular
>Why does IST hate PPL so much?
Because they spend half a decade investing hundreds of hours into a meme routine in search for aestheticdom to realize they're a pudgy piece of shit. Once this realization kicks in, they go full crab in a bucket mentality and try to doom dyels and noobs into the same fate as them. It's simple, if you're here it's because you want to get ripped for that sweet pussy, all you need to do is do bodybuilding routines and don't even look at a fucking barbbell.
I like PPLx2, it just feels like it gives the best rest time for each muscle group. Lifting is also one of the few things I enjoy in life, so I feel like shit on rest days.
that's a man
Yeah it’s a femboy. Is that a problem?
Uh, ya I certainly hope it is
So? Even Andrew Tate said he’d pick a 10/10 chud over a 1/10 woman
I dont think youre making as strong of a point as you believe...
>retarded moron has retarded moron opinion
Yes and?
>even gay Taint said he'd fuck a man
>a fag said he'd fuck a dude
that's what gays do, anon
10/10 bait, have a (you)
Dickbaiting aside do you have a source for the cutie.
If my penis twitches when I see you, you're a woman, cause I'm not a fag.
if it's a dude, you're gay
out of 10

What's next? Are you going to ask them to make fitness related posts?

Trap convention.
What about this one?
>Doc, I have a bad acne
>Take these. I see you in two years.
>Ffs is covered by insurance
>but somehow not regular cosmetic surgery
Lmfao
Unironically cute as fuck
They said he could become anything, so he became Lorde?
>I can even picture myself sucking his cock just to try it
we don't it's literally the most popular bro split
PPL gets meme’d on constantly.

brosplit is its own thing, PPL is not a brosplit. Brosplit is 1x body part per day 7 days a week

Because IST is filled with fat fucking powershitters that want everyone to run SS + GOMAD for 5 years.

I hate the soulless cheating whore you're obsessed with and your the only poster on IST I wish bad things on
Obsessed? This is the first time I’ve posted her. The pics are from /soc/
>cheating whore
>qrd
Fauxre does NOT cheat
I don’t think she has a boyfriend. Least she didn’t when we hooked up, I don’t think anyway, so no cheating.
too much legs
bad for your knees, bad for your looks (no one likes mutated tumor legs)
Never seen hate on it here. I have seen people recommend it. Personally it’s the only program I really grow on consistently.

Because it's retarded and sub-optimal for almost any kind of training except PPL
it's unrealistic for nattys.
