Because i don’t want to tear every muscle in my body
>muh injuries
If you're natty you need to worry way less about this. For one you won't be able to lift as heavy as those roided motherfrickers, and two - your tendons and bones will actually keep up with your muscle growth so you're much less likely to injure yourself
Scooby claimed that he can't lift as much anymore since his joints have deteriorated. He says that if he was on steroids he would have no problem. Ironic since most roid injuries are tendon/joint related
>>Easier on the body in the long run compared to high volume
nope
Why not?
Just look at Dorian. His career ended because of all the injuries lifting heavy.
I'm talking Mike Mentzer Arthur Jones style HIT. They differed a bit from Dorian's style. They focused more on going to absolute failure while Dorian focused on heavy weight
I would disagree with that. Dorian would go to failure even on negatives. Ronnie went for max weight and he is a fricking cripple.
Ronnie didn't listen to his doctors and kept lifting heavy too soon after multiple surgeries. It would be hard to replicate that.
Ronnie had back problems before he started training
heavy lifting fricks your joints
Post fyseek to prove your point. Last time you dodged like a b***h and posted Dorian Yates.
Why do so few of us recognize repeat threads?
I don't rightly know brother, maybe it's a sign we need to spend less time here. Off of the top of my head I can think of
>usual tiktok/twitter screencap shit
>one guy crying ketoschizo/ketolard
>one guy spamming HIT/Mentzer shit
>one guy spamming buttholes
Then why do you post this OP as fact instead of asking questions when you have no experience of your own you fool?
I made this thread because there was a long time since i saw anything about it. I just wanted a discussion about it since i want to try it out. I'll post body in a few months to show my progress if i do start training like this
Getting lean then I'm going to do HIT. Mostly because exercise is fricking boring and I don't want to be one of those gays that makes exercise their entire life and their whole personality. That shit is so annoying. I want to spend no more than like 1 hour in the gym per week maximum and still get gains. You just gotta do the shit correctly and actually give your body time to recover from the insane stress you're putting on it
Youre a fricking loser kek. Zero personality. Making anything your whole personality is fricking moronic, thats why you need a mix. Dedicate yourself to several things, HAVE SOME BALANCE moron. An hour a week is fricking fatso level you disgusting whale holy shit
Best I can do is a 30 minute session 3 times a week for a PPL split. Not doing any more than that. Shit's boring and unnecessary
>PPL
>3x a week
Aight you're actually beyond saving... good luck when I see you on the fat thread in a few years. Motherfricker cant even rub two brain cells together long enough to think of at least running full body instead
push Sunday
legs and abs wednesday
pull on saturday
What's wrong with that?
Actually made me fricking laugh you fricking goon
Your argument is invalid
That's not you though. We both know you are dyel, else you would post yourslef and not your betters.
So salty, so unbelievably salt
So cowardly. Not only do you have the nerve to spam but you run with your tail between your legs when called out.
Read some studies Black person
httpstinyurl.commt8t443m
>Read some studies Black person
Lift some weights Black person
So dyel you can hide behind your bookpiles.
Doesn't make you more correct Black person. Sunk cost fallacy is so deep within you that you just can't take the possibility that you wasted days, months, or even years in the gym for no reason
POST BODY YOU FRICKING DYEL BOOKWORM
so angry. Why are you so angry? You tears, they taste so salty, and yet so sweet at the same time
Suck my sunk cost phallus you lazy dyel b***h.
based, OP btfo like in every thread
based
>sunk cost phallus
omegakek, based gutsbro
Dorian is my favorite bodybuilder not because of his physique or training style, but because he's calmly and openly denied the holocaust on camera, to a israelite (dave palumbo)
And the pregnant golem tried to call him out lel.
>Increased hypertrophy
Nope, two roads to the same place.
>Shorter workouts
Not even remotely. Full body if it's true full body always takes longer than a split
>Increased test production
Also not true, and still irrelevant as SHBG will increase with it leaving free test the same
>Easier on the body
Low weight high volume is harder on the muscles and easier on the joints. Which is better for long term training
>Fricking based
At least (you) got one right
>Low weight high volume is harder on the muscles and easier on the joints. Which is better for long term training
That's the best argument in the thread. Protect your tendons and cartilage. If you're a beginner, high volume is best.
I wish I had learned it earlier tbh. I went for the powerlarping shit my first 3 years of lifting. Got fairly strong but all my joints hurt and I still looked dyel. Then I swapped to lower weight and more reps, my joints hurt way less and I actually see size gains now despite being a lot weaker on the big compounds
He was a meth addict homosexual
jesus I knew he was based but not THAT based!
>doesn't work well unless you're an absolute master of mind-muscle connection and on the sauce
>doesn't give increased hypertrophy because never proven to do so
>full body workouts often take as long as split workouts once warm-ups are factored in
>no proof of increased test production
>not easier on the body if you're going to absolute failure vs. going to near failure
>doesn't do shit for workload capacity
Nah, tried that shit 20 years ago, didn't do anything for me, so frick that nonsense.
>Bro there is one top 10 80s bodybuilder who claimed to do it and he was big as frick bro it has to work :DDD
i mogged you in your last thread so bad that you had to abandon it. please stop creating this thread OR post physique to prove its a valid way to exercise
He never posts physique, don't bother.
I only do this to trigger meat heads because it's funny
are these meatheads in this thread right now?
What does HIT mean?

Please respond

I like DoggCrapp
Me too 🙂
>it's real
slight chuckle
It's real and it's fricking based. Also best system for calves guaranteed softballs hanging on your legs and brutal agony
I wish my gym had a decent calf machine. I can never get a good stretch on the leg presses.
Just pick up a heavy thing and stand on a platform of some sort. You don't need a machine to do calf raises wtf
It is fricking hard
HIIT natty bro's have we discovered a real anti aging pill
https://umj.umsu.ac.ir/article-1-4552-en.pdf
>Conclusion: The results of this study showed that HIIT increases the leukocyte telomere length in sedentary young women,
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/325134827_The_effect_of_high_intensity_interval_training_on_telomere_length_and_telomerase_activity_in_non-athlete_young_men
>Conclusion: It seems that HIIT can alter telomerase activity and telomere length. Therefore, these training may have a positive effect on cell biology.
>Does HIIT reverse aging?
Although HIIT won't take away wrinkles, a Mayo Clinic study has shown that it does slow and reverse some age-related changes at the cellular level. According to the 12-week Mayo study, HIIT is good for individuals of all ages, but it's especially beneficial for older adults.Dec 30, 2019
The real anti-aging is sleeping in a hyper-baric oxygen chamber. Look into it
OP is talking about high-intensity training (HIT). Your reply is about high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Not the same thing.
personally I associate HIIT with our-of-touch managers "teambuilding initiative", like a whole office of pencil pushers can go workout 30 minutes at lunch and get actual results
