        He definitely got fatter and lost mass in his arms. But it's not like he can't use the strength he has gained to build himself back to where he was in terms of muscle mass and cut. In fact I just saw a video from him where he basically said he's gonna stop doing powerlifting and focus on building his up his strength in dumbbell bench and the weighted pullup.

        I think it's women breast-feeding that makes people love their mothers more. If men breast-fed and people grew up constantly smelling their pheromones they would love their fathers the same way.

    honestly I've found shorter sets to help me more. only issue is you gotta be really honest with yourself.
    if you're not loading your muscles with the weight properly and maintaining constant tension, then all you're doing is moving weight without getting more muscle.

    Why are there still people who deny the difference between powershitting and bodybuilding training
    Trust me it was a hard pill for myself to swallow 2 years into lifting and realising that SS/Rippletits/stronglifts 5x5 has completely muddied the waters for years and that powershitting really doesnt take you to complete failure
    I think some people here have invested a lot of time into strength training and are realising that yes it can get you decently big but there are neglected parts of your body which respond better to tonnage and make you look better

    have you ever noticed how many of these guys on lifting youtube just fucking talk about themselves 100% of the time?
    It’s a disgusting level of vanity, and more importantly it’s just bad business/bad marketing. Talking about yourself directly is a great way to not relate to your audience at all and never grow your channel.
    You’ll rarely see the successful guys like Sean or Noel make videos like this. They work their personal experience in to a broader point they’re trying to make, which makes far more sense than just passive aggressively flattering yourself
