Would I lose weight if I replace all my meals with fruit veggies and proteins shakes?
>6'0" 300 lbs.
>work two jobs 70+ hours a week
>have 8 hours a day when I'm not working 6 days a week (used for sleep) and 12 hours 1 day out the week (8 of which are used for sleep)
> eat fast food once or twice a day
>literally only thing i eat because I don't have a stove or fridge at home
I want to know if i replace the fast food with fruits and raw veggies would I start to lose some weight? I don't have time to work out but one of my jobs is slightly physical.
