Why would anyone listen to this ugly gremlin? He looks like a nasally, bad breathed homosexual with awful skin
He looks better than u
Even here that's just not statistically probable. How ugly are you to project something so sad?
umm he has a degree and we don't?
If the degree you earned led him to that body, of what use was the degree?
He just looks like a israelite.
>nasally
Why do you people say this? It's 'nasal'.
No it's not
Moron.
By that logic you shouldn't listen to IST either.
Moxyte should be banned for spamming. This is at least the 4th thread he has created this morning.
The average person suffers from excess calories
How is this news?
You can't overeat protein
Wrong
Carnivore is the best diet but even it can't prevent vaccine injuries.
No. Avoiding slop is the best diet.
Define slop. Let’s say I go and buy fresh croissant every morning with a choco milk or OJ is ruining my health?
>Define slop
Heavily processed, unnatural.
> fresh croissant
What went into making said croissant? What was the process? It's a gamble, I'd bet store bought croissants are anything but fresh, just pumped full of preservatives. Some bakeries adds a lot of bullshit into their products too, usually a lot of processed sugar. Definitely a gamble.
>choco milk
Probably full of stabilizers and processed sugar. I'd avoid.
>OJ
Not as bad as the previous example but juice is processed nonetheless. It lacks fiber and a lot of nutritional value whole fruit has, you're consuming the sugar content of many fruits you wouldn't eat in one sitting in their natural form. That's not to mention most of "juice" in the store isn't actual 100% juice but sugar water with some juice in it.
Notice how all of these can be healthy if you make them yourself at home with minimal processing and additives. This is the sad reality we live in - mass produced food is made to turn a profit, not to be good for you. Learn to cook.
billions of ppl had the vax and don't have heart attacks and strokes
While it's very unlikely, it's tecnically still possible.
This is only a problem if you’re not lifting weights. You need “somewhere to put” the protein or it can damage your liver.
If you lift, your muscles use it.
Listen to the latest Huberman podcast with Dr. Robert Lustig for more info on the biological mechanism.
The '''muh you can't process more than 25-30 grams of protein per meal'' is something that belong to the archeology of nutrition
He is not wrong though. "People" are not bodybuilders. To maintain just completely normal, average, healthy body and physique it requires something like 30-60g protein. If I recall correctly 60g was for olympic athletes, so not bodybuilders but people who do sports for living. So it's pretty safe to say sub-olympic athlete level literal normies will do fine with again, something between 30-60g of protein.
Now protein "excess" is probably a little bit farfetched. Especially when we are talking about which one is statistically more likely. I think the number of people who are eating upwards of 300g protein daily are so incredibly minor that I have somewhat hard time believing its more likely. But then again even if you eat complete goyslop you PROBABLY do get 30g of protein from just absolute trash so the amount of people who are legitimately deficient is close to zero as well.
>60g was for olympic athletes
Well we can immediately disregard this uninitiated normalgay dreck by this statement alone. Olympic athletes mangle their bodies with the sheer amount of training they do, there's no way that 60g a day is sufficient for them.
>israelite tells me to do something
Immediate way to be sure as hell doing the exact opposite works
Click bait
He talks about people who want to max out healthy life spans. Yes, very high protein consumption and specifically isoleucine (iirc) is detrimental to a long life. But so is playing rugby or any other contact sport or slaving away in the office for countless hours. In short: the lifting lifestyle which focuses on hypertrophy is not ideal for longevity. But aiming for longevity denies you becoming a mass monster. What do you want /fit?
Meatcucks are in for it now!
What's happening these days with all these proteins VS carbs /threads here?
It's this one homosexual spamming it constantly and he goes into every related thread and posts the same graphs and pics every single time.
It's a psyop. It's common knowledge that you need protein and carbs to get big. Now we're all small and weak because we think it's one or the other.
Carbs are a non-essential macro and should be limited. I continue to grow on a keto diet while having no energy issues lifting 7 times a week with a gentlemans split. Dont listen to moronic body building cheaters. People on steroids grow who dont lift grow more than natty lifters. The fricking diet aint got shit to do with their gains. THEY'RE liars and frauds and you should never get nutrition and health advice for those short cut taking scammers unless you want to be roid monkeys like them.
It's just one vegan named moxyte.
Vegans hate protein because the best sources of protein are animal-based. Vegans love carbs because they think shilling carbs encourages people to eat grains and fruit.
Carbs have no benefit for weight lifting. Unless by 'big' you mean obese. Carbs are essential for fattening cattle.
I know that you're small and weak. You're right about red meat buy lifters eat carbs too.
>moxyte
Why this sounds Reddit-tier as frick?
He's a redditor with his own subreddit. He gets in arguments here and then posts screenshots on his subreddit.
always do the opposite of what a israelite says
American College of Sports Medicine recommends 90-120g per day for athletes and lifters (dependent on bodyweight of course). 60g is the bare minimum to prevent atrophy. That's not healthy thats bare minimum survival
It's true, so many young people over-consuming protein when it's not even necessary and overworking their kidneys in the process. Just eat a balanced diet of whole foods at your required caloric surplus or deficit. If you're roiding it's a different story obviously. But in that case you probably aren't too concerned about the negative side effects to begin with.
Look, from all the reputable people I have heard from, I will get the best muscle protein synthesis from 4-5 protein feedings a day, with ~25g per meal and for my bodyweight ~140g total a day. If this amount is minorly bad for my kidneys, I do not care. In the grand scheme of things I eat well, have 3-4 alcoholic beverages a week, and very rarely have to take any sort of medicine.
At this point I am pretty much convinced that ketoschizo and veganschizo are the same person/group. Both extreme adherents with no room for nuance, both constantly spamming the board with trash, both "argue" their side in bad faith, etc.
Studies have been done and found NO adverse effects from taking in high levels of protein.
I'm sure the average american this study sampled suffers from protein overconsumption, as well as fat overconsumption, carb overconsumption, alcohol overconsumption, etc.
Trying to gain muscle optimally and what's needed for most people are radically different numbers. If you are at a good weight / body fat percent and don't care about muscle mass, you don't need anywhere near the typical 0.7-1g/lb bodyweight recommendation for gaining muscle. For those sorts of people, there are plenty of protein sources that come with unhealthy fats and other issues that it isn't unreasonable to go a bit light on the protein. Pretty much all health advice is dependent on who is listening to it. For a typical American, eating less of every type of food is a good thing.
>People eat 400 kcal of protein
HOLY SHIT THE EXCESS THE EXCESS
>People eat 1400 kcal of carbs(literally extra energy, useful but not a building block of anything)
Perfect sir, fine sir,eat more carbs sir.
Lol
People eat too much carbs and fats and barely any protein
I'm not suffering from Protein anything Dr homosexual
Of course excess is more common, the world is full of sedentary people and DYELs that love all forms of BBQ. What a dumb take.
how do you know someone is eating excess protein
Blood tests.
Overworked kidneys don't present immediate symptoms, they just degrade faster than they would naturally.
Easiest way to tell without bloodwork is does your piss look frothy and have a strong nitrate smell. It effectively means you're overeating protein and pissing it out. It's more common with diabetics, but does happen in normals.
It doesn't mean it's super unhealthy either, as proven by the fact i get kidney function test done yearly and i'm in above average function range for someone who is over thirty.
It's still not good for your kidneys if you are overeating extreme excess protein daily.
You can help counteract this simply by drinking water to a large degree.
Above average kidney function apparently means drinking two glasses of water the moment I wake up, one glass before bed (normal amount during daytime) and I don't smoke weed or drink alcohol.
Thank you, Dr. Greger. I just had my singular egg of the year. Is that too much? Is it going to give me a heart attack?
what a gross looking israelite
You could take this guys advice...
Or this guy's advice. Also md, accomplished athlete, specializes in longevity, says you need 160/day bare minimum, more if you are active
Looks happy and healthy
Looks depressed and stressed
If it's 0.43g protein per lb, that's just about enough.
How has this piece of shit quack not lost his medical license yet?
Good morning rabbi! How's the weather in Jerusalem today?
>suffer from
Oh, the suffering.
its true though, your body can only absorb so much so it just poops it out
I don't listen to freaky looking israelites
