Someone who never drinks coffee could be affected by 1 cup the same way 20 cups would affect an all-day chugger addict. Some people drink so much coffee they can drink a full cup then fall asleep, because their bodies are so used to the caffeine it hardly has any effect. Much the same way a chain smoker no longer gets a high, he just needs to smoke constantly to maintain a normal baseline. But someone who's never smoked would get a high from a single cig.

I've always been very sensitive to it since childhood as a single teaspoon gives me a huge energy boost. If I take one teaspoon at 2pm I legit won't sleep till 2am even if my established sleeping time is 9pm. I get every positive in droves and every negative also. Including all these

I don't think it's useful in life as anything more than an emergency mode crutch i.e if you have to pull an all-nighter. It also is proven to hit your dopamine receptors hard, which are already burnt out on most people by cooming and gaming. Maybe that hit is less severe on that demographic. If you want to be successful in life one of the worst things you can do is release excess unnatural dopamine, which is the main thing coffee does.
