I actually did in the hopes of taking advantage of random holiday cheer and getting to know some peeps. Unfortunately, the people I did approach didn't want much to do with me. Maybe Ill make a friend next year.

Helped my mom with cooking.
Turkey breast with water, salad and 9h sleep.

Of course not. I have a life, family, friends, and hobbies.
Besides, the gym was closed and I knew it'd be closed so I planned for it to be a rest day.
I played paddles at the beach with my brother for two hours. I'm still somewhat sore from that.
I also did a core workout but I did proper lifting today.
I took a week off, I've been nursing a minor injury for awhile.
Ended up going cross country skiing this week and will probably go again Thursday/Friday as long as it doesn't fricking rain.
I have no clue what's going on with the weather.
I dont lift because Im guts from berserk, I lift because it soothes me

in the last 11 days, i have been at work for 132 hours with a 1 hour commute each way. i havent lifted in almost 2 weeks.
