      Hmm, I am not 100% sure. Eggs are relatively low in vitamin C. In a keto/carnivore context that could work, because when you consume no carbs at all, your vitamin C requirement is very very low, but when you consume potato all day, eggs might not have enough vitamin C to really balance out the carb intake of the potato. If this picture would be an egg, a potato and a kiwi, it would be the ultimate chad diet.
