I haven't deadlifted in 5yrs and its just so much better. I thought I HAD to do it because its a real man lift, its bullshit. My back is stronger and looks better than ever.
Also, if you aren't lifting for competitions, its a pretty useless lift.
Surgeons are pushing it so we damage our spine and they can fix it.
I suspect that a certain powerful group which begins with j is involved too but for now I have no proof
Face pulls also because I there never, ever a cable machine open at the gym. Stopped squats and deadlifts because of injuries. >yo-you just did them wrong
Sure I did fatass. That's why every powerlifter I knew with over 5 years of training has had squat or deadlift related surgeries even the young 22 year old guys. That's why every powerlifter you see has some "assistance" equipment like sleeves on, because they're injury free of course!
Face pulls
Squats
Planks
>bench
>OHP
>squat
>deadlifts
Those.
Don't know. I do heavy dumbbell Romanian deadlifts instead.
no, i'm not an easily influenced dyel moron
Even more pathetic than reddit, get a fricking life OP

>meanwhile IST a decade ago would make fun of you for not deadlifting
what are zoomers such homosexual schizos?
its crazy how much more effective and safer pull ups are. puts the back at absolutely no risk while strengthening it
... and doesnt target the glutes legs or lower back
good thing squats exist homosexual
Its the #1 most functional back exercise. Post back pics then chublet
I didn't even realise people could be this insecure about lifting weights
then youve never been to a gym before
>You ever stop doing a lift because it became a meme/reddit tier?
I did better, I stopped lifting completely.
...you stopped doing an exercise because other people you thought were uncool were doing it? i think you might be a homosexual OP.
>You ever stop doing a lift because it became a meme/reddit tier?
I did better, I stopped living completely.
I stopped doing every exercise that threatens the spine. Except for overhead press but my form is flawless so thats okay.
I stopped doing flies and did more bench instead because dyels here recommended the opposite.
I'm thinking about stopping this because it has never felt comfortable to me. I've never been injured or had any pain though.
A big conventional deadlift is like anti-reddit. The most obvious reddit lift is squat
I stopped lifting when it became reddit. Now I just eat sugar sacks and tan.
no, its the best way to skip leg day and its fun, i only deadlift for legs and i see development everywhere in my legs, its a good lift
I don't let other people influence me

No. I don’t care about others opinions and basing what lifts you do on whether or not how reddit it is makes me think you don’t actually lift weights.
