4 eggs in the morning, thunasalad for lunch and cottage cheese in the evening
Together with alot of water, light cardio in the morning and weight lifting with 70-80% of your normal lifts.

When I got covid it lasted 14 days and I fasted for 8 of them. It was brutal.
