Until you got hungry and ate a large ham and cheese sandwich.

The hungry goes away after like 2 days, afterwards its just mentally craving stuff because you saw it and remembered how long it was since you last ate

How bad does it feel to be omegafat like this? I’ve been 190lb and even that wasn’t all that great either

So I was 352 at 6'4" and it feels fucking awful. Not just the physical pain and constant gut aches but just the pain of being utterly repulsive but also being invisible to pretty much everyone.

Sounds kinda fun to be honest. The end game content gets old sometimes so it would be cool to start a new character.

    Realistically:
First few days/ weeks: wiggling and sweating until I can walk
    Then:
    Walk,
    Slow jogs,
    Regular jogs
    Eating right through out
After I solidify my routine and lifestyle then I get surgery for loose skin

i'd probably get mindfucked by how fucking horrible i felt and just kill myself.

but if i found the will to live, i would start by taking as many pictures as possible and some videos for comparison later. might vlog throughout the process.

Start with real basic resistance training (arm lifts, holding legs out etc) while trying to figure out what my maintenance was. no more than 150g carbs a day. 16:8 IF, tracking food religiously.

i'd probably be very addicted to sugar, so i'd wean off with diluted juice and ice tea. start drinking coffee and vaping nic.

after getting a good idea of maintenance cals, i'd switch to 20:4 IF and cut cals by at least 1000 to start. and reduce carbs to 100g or less. once i've dropped 40lbs, I'd start doing occassional refeeds (eating at maintenance for a week). continue progressive overloading with resistance training. most would be bodyweight but may get bands early on in that process for a little variety. i'd later get a light kettlebell for a little cardio/strength/fun combo work.

making adjustments and continuing the process. start doing short walks when i'm able. do a few 24-72 hr fasts. etcetc.
