Anon what is "processed sugar" made out of?
A plant.
Sugar is not bad for you. When it it synthesized into its purest form and taken like a drug, it can be. A lot of the sugar in fruit binds to the fruits fiber, making it release into your bloodstream slower. A piece of candy is like a shot of sugar, which literally absorbs almost instantly, which is damaging to the liver and also makes your body create too much insulin.
There's also the problem of empty calories. 100 calories of candy is pretty much just from sugar. 100 calories of fruit will come with vitamins and healthy fiber.
It can and I eat more red meat than most people, almost daily for lunch but if I eat candy post workout I get terrible stomach aches and even diarrhea meanwhile when I get my usual post workout banana I feel great and notice a sudden rush of energy
The difference (besides fruit having actual micronutirents) is that you need to eat about FOUR CUPS of raspberries to get 20g of sugar, and it comes with 32g of fiber.
It definitely can if you have IBS
Isn't natural sugar supposed to be better than processed sugar?

But the fiber from fruit prevents the insulin spike.
It can because of the fiber, you disingenuous homosexual.
One has nutrients. The other is empty calories
Both are bad.
Sugar is like injecting glass into your arteries.
no shit it looks the same
No idea, however people eating candy are fat and people eating berries and fruit are not (not as fat, if american)
One has vitamins and fiber. The other is just sugar.
