Shoulder pump in right pic. 5'11. Went from 167 to 151. Left pic was taken in March. Couldn't do a single push up up until August; now I can 10 with proper form. Next goal is to learn how to do pull ups. My forearms and my man boobs are my biggest insecurites.
I started working out in September (2-3 days a week) and went 6 days in December over the winter break.
Tips? Would be nice to NOT look like a femboy.
