Am I making it?

Shoulder pump in right pic. 5'11. Went from 167 to 151. Left pic was taken in March. Couldn't do a single push up up until August; now I can 10 with proper form. Next goal is to learn how to do pull ups. My forearms and my man boobs are my biggest insecurites.

I started working out in September (2-3 days a week) and went 6 days in December over the winter break.

Tips? Would be nice to NOT look like a femboy.

      I could, but trying to focus on form over weights. I see gymbros with big ass triceps OHPing 90 lbs DBs, but not even bringing them to their ears on the way down. What's the point of the exercise then.

        Muscle contraction. Also go to failure every set. Every. Set. If you hit 15+ reps. Increase weight until you tap out at 8-12.

          Form is a bit of a meme just don't injure yourself
          Cheat reps have their place especially in something like an OHP or a bicep curl

          to add on only cheat only cheat if you have a couple of reps left; no more than 3.
          Also there's a right way to cheat and a wrong way.
          Full ROM, intensity, and volume will take you far.

        Those weights better be in Kilos. A 20 lb (9kg) DB curl is not impressive in the slightest. I've seen chubby bitches at my gym go for 10 kilo curls.
