No more cooking or veggies. My ancestors didn't eat that.
Only Raw meat like my forefathers.
So here's the thing. I had trouble chewing the raw meat. Then i realized.. There must be a reason why our teeth got smaller and jaws got weaker... I thought about a lot and had a realization.

Basically what i do now is i cut the meat in fairly large pieces. Then i rub it in lard.
Then i literally swallow the meat whole.
One steak i swallow in maybe 5-6 pieces.
Sometimes i use water to get it down.
Things like chicken things i've managed to swallow whole.
Since doing this i feel my Test and aggressiveness have gone up and i believe i've gotten some gains.
My training consist of lifting various boulders/heavy rocks and i've increased my reps since going ancestor.

constipation has been the only issue.. but i've a solution by just sticking a bunch of lard up my ass everytime i have to shit.

Or you could have the meat carpaccio'd at the butcher. I personally like to consume my carpaccios with olive oil, balsamic and some walnuts. I would add some dried fruits, maybe a small selection of cheeses, fresh fruits like grapes or raspberries, a square of dark chocolate.
Consume the whole with a high anti-oxidant wine alternative like pure 100% pomegranate juice. Maybe some anchovies, pickles and a selection of olives, kalamata and green to get some electrolytes in. And a nice little bone broth, or miso soup on the side to provide some hydration and more health benefits.
I do enjoy a good carpaccio though. I would add some other deli meats such as smoked sliced chicken or turkey breast, bresaola, serrano or prosciutto too, just for a little bit more meat. Perhaps a hard boiled egg or two on the side, with some salt and cumin sprinkled on it, or even a dash of mayonnaise. Alright let me stop here, I'm getting hungry.

Yes...I do activate my almonds. I was actually reflecting upon my approach to food and getting sort of scared thinking I might sound like Hannibal Lecter for a bit. I'm just a connoisseur of the finer tastes in life, but I am by no means a fervent practicioner. I do however have an engaged, or rather activated approach to life. Obviously medi's can use olive oil instead of lard since your ancestors used olive oil but since i'm Scandi i don't think i have to genetics to digest olive oil.
lard is a good alternative. I think you can still consume local endemic berries such as whitecurrants, alpine strawberries etc.
What I did when researching the most appropriate diet is actually quite similar to yours. I researched what is genetically more suited, and then mapped out all the endemic consumable flora and fauna in the regions my ancestors were from, to develop a bioavailability palette. I suggest going into the ''food origins'' wikipedia portal and looking up the things that actually stemmed from your home land.

I would specifically be restricted to foods of scandinavia, germany and the british isles. Googling 'foods native to british isles' just brings up fish and chips though
don't necessarily look up the word ''food'' but rather ''edible species of plants/fruits'' or ''species of fish, game, poultry'' etc...You can expect some species from similar family trees, plant or animal, to be also allowed in your diet as well, provided they do not differ drastically, i.e. they are transplants with other fruits, or have been bred with other entirely foreign breeds. Ideally you want to eat game/meat from your local, tradition, heritage breeds. Those are usually names used to describe them.
This will help you learn more about unprocessed raw food material, as in strictly the fauna and flora.
