Salmon sliced in 3x3cm chunks and breaded with eggs and panko. 12 minutes at 175C.
Halved brusselsprouts (fresh or frozen) tossed with garlic butter, salt and pepper. 14 minutes at 180C.
'Tater wedges. Tossed with butter or olive oil, salted and peppered. 12 minutes at 175C, given a shake and another 10 minutes at 180C.
