You 100% aren't eating that much then. Not even remotely a chance. See it all the time with skellys here who chronically underreport about how much they're eating. Track it
The most equipment you'll need is a place to do pullups and some rings if you're going hard on it. Dips and pullups are the bread and butter for your upper body lifts
You do not eat anywhere close to 3k calories a day.
Make stews with meats and rootfruits, maybe some vegetable and load that shit with 30-40% cream as base. Eat a full meal every 4 hours on the clock every fucking day until either desired weight/fat or muscle has been gained. Forget about ottermode you need to eat. >t. auschwitz escapee
>height, 5’9 weight 121 lbs >usually eat 3009 calories a day
Bullshit. I'm 5'9, 127 lbs, and only eat 2100 calories a day. There is no way you're hitting 3000 KCAL daily. >train 3 days a week
How long and what are you doing? If you're doing 3 days a week you should be doing 50 minute sessions without lazing around in between sets.
>1 lb of meat breakfast (1000) >carbs and fat throughout day (1000) >1 lb of meat dinner (1000)
I lose a pound or more per week on 3k calories, but I actually work out unlike 99% of the gays I see (strength+volume training every lifting day, high intensity cardio, low intensity cardio on rest days, average going to the gym 6.5 days a week)
BS forget the calorie number, you’re probably not counting it accurately. If you’re losing a lb a week you need to eat more, period. Cram down peanut butter and milk.
I'm being healthier and stronger than your useless ass

There's nothing wrong with losing a pound per week.
I'm definitely counting my calories accurately, just kneel.
The best way to lose weight is with intense activity and you can't do that starving yourself.
I don't pretend to know the science but I found the numbers and activity that work for me
Calisthenics can work well anon, I've started from basically scratch and was able to make some capital before/after gains in six months, and by basically stuffing myself with split peas and rice since I couldn't afford meat at the time.
The only problem with Calisthenics is that beginners struggle to understand it, so you'd have to do a lot of research if you have no one to guide you on site.
height, 5’9 weight 121 lbs
usually eat 3009 calories a day and train 3 days a week
6-8 more months if you stay consistent
