and all of the different variations of course. I have a pull up bar at home and I'd rather stay at home for back day rather than going to the gym because it's just more convenient.

Someone post that Reddit Black person that only did pull-ups for this anon here YAGMI
>these nonexistent legs
Yes, but you will have to add weight eventually. I’d recommend buying a 16 kilogram kettlebell with your pull-up bar so you can have a budget home gym.
Kind of. Pullups are great but in addition to some variations and eventually adding weight (although be aware of how much you are putting on the door frame) I would add in bridge work as that will help build strength in your lower back and and in particular your spinal erectors.
You can, just buy ankle weights and do progressive overload with negatives.
unironically why do pull ups when you can do chin ups instead?
why not both
pull ups are not fun but chin ups are fun
Frick it, do both and throw on some muscle ups too
With weights and changing up your grip, yes absolutely you can get a very nice back. You can do the same for chest and tris with weighted dips.
My lats are so huge that shirts fit weird
Like someone stuffed a pillow in my back and it pushes the shirt tighter around my bird chest
Bruce Lee mode?
I was shocked to find out that pathetic little twerp asiatic roided
In my xp vertical pulls increase width but not really thickness, which is where horizontal pulls have seemed to work
As far as back goes, all I do is pull ups. I will mix my days up doing either high rep/volume unweighted pull ups or on other days doing lower rep weighted pull ups. Everything is done with a wide grip. Pull ups are the goated exercise and all you need honestly
Am I the only person who can do more pull-ups than chin-ups?
did pull ups almost exclusively for several years, u have to add weight. yeah lats are big and u get that V look, im not huge but pretty ripped, never really bulked up
do also inverted rows and hold the front lever and you got a full back workout
Yes. You'll also get a huge back with weighted pull ups.
