German Volume Training is a great one with fast results, but there are many others.
They all focus on breaking down the muscle with a lot of work and high reps at challenging weights. Then you will need supplemental protein in some form and lots of rest.
If you are truly working hard and breaking down your muscles, you will wake up bigger and stronger every single day.
