Can you put together a training plan for me to lose weight?
I want to train at home and have a pair of dumbbells. But I have chest pain that started years ago and doctors don't know why. I tried doing an ABS workout, but the chest pain intensified, so I would like to focus on legs, arms and if needed, mild abs or chest exercises.

God dammit, I know this is probably some shitty bait but am gonna respond anyway.
You say you want to make a big change in your life but you aren’t willing to do the mildest but if research into how to do it, and immediately put a bunch of restrictions on what you can and can’t do? Why should anyone waste time making you a plan when you won’t do it?
If you had come in and said what you planned to do/or have started to do and were looking for more suggestions/advice I’d understand. But just saying “make me a workout out plan” tells me this is just a short burst of inspiration between jerking sessions that you will forget about in a week at the most.
