Can you not do pushups when you're on your knees?
can't really do knee push ups effectively because of the hardware in my legs, kneeling puts pressure on the screws something fierce and is painful, doing it with pillows or a mat fricked up my form.

Yeah you're overweight but not McFat level, doesn't really explain the weakness. My guess is you're extremely sedentary, literally just pick the lightest weights you can manage and just go through the motions, don't even push hard, just long sets consistently over the week. You first need to reawaken the muscles you don't even know exist.
Yeah, I won't argue: I'm sedentary as frick, literally the only movement I do is when I get out of bed and go to the store.

200lbs is not a healthy weight for someone who is almost completely sedentary like OP certainly is, almost all of that extra weight will be in body fat, not muscle

Get this. At least the bench (you need solid support to not frick yourself up) and 2 dumbbells.
Start to do dumbbell presses 2-3 times a week. Each session 5-7 sets of 8-12 reps each.
Find a weight heavy enough that you cannot do more than 15 reps in a row, but light enough that it won't cause injury because you're clearly weak as shit.
Push hard. Finish each session sweaty and unable to do one more rep.
Eat 120-150 grams of protein per day. But also eat at a slight deficit, let's say 1700 kcal per day.
After 2 months of this, you should be able to do a few pushups and you will have lost 7-10 pounds.

If you can't do knee push ups because of some sort of injury/procedure like you mentioned, try doing them on an angle, eg first on a table, by having your feet on the ground and arms on the table, try seeing how many of those you can do, and then eventually drop the angle to something like a bedframe or something of smaller height than the table, do this progression untill you can do at least good 5, regular pushups
there are progressions for each of those you moron. look up the simplest one. even morbidly obese fat fricks should be able to do them
Do push ups on your knees instead until you can do proper ones. When u can do at least 1 proper push up do that and the rest on your knees
Same for pullups, but instead get a chair and use that to hold into the bar and descend as slowly ad u can
