I explain what part are you missing are you slow or just stupid I tell you to up your upper and lower your lower based on scientific fact of protein synthesis so just up your upper and your upper will up while your lower lows and your body will look male and not female okay.
For some people who don't have a great mind muscle link lat pull downs can engage your biceps and forearms more than your lats. Try barbell rows or one armed rows for better results. For your chest maybe landmine press idk
bulk bro. you should bulk for minimum 9 months at a time and then do a mini cut and keep bulking. these pics are roughly the same bodyfat but 15ish lbs in the difference
