Dont laugh if I look bad please. I have been going to gym for about a year (gained 5 kg)and I got much stronger but recently had like 6 months of break becuase of uni stuff. I am 183 cm and 70 kg and was wondering how to gain more.
Is it just about eating or do you recommend any suppliments ?

Yes sir. Just keep eating more. Get lots of carbs, calories and protein. Go hard in the gym and get quality sleep when you can.
I took whey isolate to help with my protein intake.
eat even more dont fool yourself with "but i ate enough" or "i just have a fast metabolism" bs, it just means you arent eating enough
make shakes if you have trouble getting that many calories down
Look buddy I've been in your exact situation before. You've pretty much wasted a year of lifting and effort because you simply don't eat enough. You probably just have a small appetite or grossly overestimate how much you're eating.
You're gonna have to start counting calories and maintain a 500 calory surplus or stay skelly mode forever. Good luck

People who go to prison always come out jacked, and that's because they do nothing but train all day. They train everyday twice a day and eat top ramen and corn bread. They don't even have heavy weights, so they mostly do high reps. Volume is king, "overtraining" is a myth.
You don't even look bad op. just a little skinny.
You should increase your frequency of lifts and start eating more. once your body starts getting used to the frequency you'll naturally have a bigger appetite

Thank you so much I am super insecure about my looks. Just recently I started counting my calories and eating a little bit more. Although I gotta admit, forcing yourself to eat sucks.
No one likes insecure people begging for validation online. Sort out your mental issues before it's too late and I don't mean paying a scammer (therapist) thousands of dollars.
I have gained 30 lbs in the last 5 months. Started at 113 though, so our starting points are way different. I don't track calories but I eat the same food every day. Just eat a fuckload of eggs and milk, then "supplement" that with what you would normally eat.
