Roach encroach definitely gave me the edge to become one of the strongest wrestlers in my club.
how do you schedule them? like one rep each side, rest a bit, then go again or multiple reps to failure or some other way? they look interesting and i reckon they must give great benefits
Do the required amount of reps on one side without pausing, rest a bit then do the other side. Rest some more, then repeat till you get enough sets in. Don't go to failure, it's a technical move, should be performed in a slower and controlled fashion. 80% of max reps.
