i absolute hate people who does this, fills up the entire windows with plants to the point that the quality of air begin to smell "shut in"
and not a single plant is edible
Stop being an annoying little gay, are you on your period and need validation from random strangers?
Is that why you've been making this retarded post multiple times itt?
Yes, I know. I don't really know if I should water them more or less. Also is there anything else I can do besides watering? I tried repotting the big plant. Maybe the problem is having the window open at night?
Lookup what kind of plants you have and google how to take care of them. There should be apps that can help determine what you've got.

You could try closing window sure but I think usually it's a watering issue. And as other anon said, look up what the plant needs etc. you'll probably find out what's wrong through that
Good to know. I am determined to try to save them.
You should mulch your plants bro, even like a half inch layer of grass clippings will wonders
You could try closing window sure but I think usually it's a watering issue. And as other anon said, look up what the plant needs etc. you'll probably find out what's wrong through that
They'd be better off if you dumped them in a mulchy part of the forest and let nature try to resuscitate them. Nice cactus tho, those are pretty easy to care for.
I had a lot of weed in my apartment, but in the summer you could smell weed from the lobby entrance of my block. I had to stop... the doorman was giving me the angry look and the tattooed bitch from the apartment downstairs kept smiling as I walked by. I grow cubes now. I'm hydrating popcorn to sterilize tomorrow.
They look nice, and I enjoy taking care of them. Also, when I'm having my morning coffee, or just don't have much else to do, I can enjoy the "view" from my window and appreciate the plants beauty.
Its also quite relaxing to get up close and appreciate at the small details, or just touch the plants.
You should get a flower or something and try to appreciate what you've got.
Plants are like pets that don't fuck up the house. Also shows the people that come over that you at least have enough responsibility to keep something that depends on you alive, which women are drawn to naturally.
i just bought a pot of clovers that was on sale because it's way past st. patrick's day
it's a reallt easy plant to take care of, if you can't be fucked
I have however I suck at plants because I forget to take care of them. But that’s more so representative of my generally lack of self care to begin with. Been working on fixing my life, hopefully I can have a bonsai tree stay alive. I was once really good with plants and able to have them thrive without even knowing shit about how to care for them just eyeballing how they’re doing.
I currently have this bonsai I made, and an Australian umbrella tree that would have died if I didn’t re plant it into a pot due to where it was growing (Outdoor AC unit). The umbrella tree is doing great but I think it’s a hardy plant.
Any plant bros know of low effort plants I can keep indoors? I had to accept bonsais need to stay outside to really thrive. But I want to have a collection of bonsai trees or plants that look like trees around my house.
I was hoping for a more “tree” like plant. Not necessarily a tree, since it seems just about every tree truly needs to be outside to thrive, but something that looks similar to a tree. Especially if I can train it like a bonsai make it stay small etc.
I’m considering finding a few weed type plants and taking a clipping to try this on. There’s definitely plants considered to be weeds that have hard branches like bark when they get old enough.
Dude you should try ficus ginseng. They are pretty cheap, sturdy and solid plants that resemble a tree very much. Get them in ikea or hofer or sth, I have a few and they are super nice..
I water them once a week or so and they are going strong... most people dont know but what kills a plant is poor drainage, i.e. water not being able to escape / evaporate properly, causing internal rot. Check the soil moisture at the bottom of the plant and if its constantly soggy, sopping wet thats bad. There needs to be at least a bit of air coming and going. If the plants seems dry put your finger into the soil about one knuckle deep. If there is very little or no soil stuck to your finger its time to water. As far as orchids grow I found out that they strongly dislike direct sun, should be a shaded area they frow in, like a room with a northfacing window
I’ve always hated this tree but I never saw one that was larger than 6”. I’ll give one of these a shot. I want to have a decent sized bonsai somewhere near my office setup
Oh so you want it really big I see.. these can get costly, the bigget the ficus ginseng the bigger the price.. you could just go for some bigger dracena, like with the wooded trunk, I have one about meter and a half tall, looks neat and has that jungle vibe to it

It’s not that it needs to be big but for this tree(ficus) that’s the only way I like it. When they’re short they just have stubby bundles of bulbous roots for a trunk and it looks gross to me and just not really “tree-like.” If I did root over rock I think it could look more tree like to me like picrel
My ultimate goal is to have several indoor trees and other various plants so off that I simultaneously do want a bigger bonsai tree. I know they get pricey, I’m not paying $400 for a tree any time soon. I know it takes a long time but I’d rather grow my own large bonsai
Do you make sure they get to eat insects, or is that not as important? Just got mine yesterday, and just realised there aren't any flies or anything ever in my room/apartment. I'm also on the 6th floor, so opening the window won't really attract much.
I've taken the 1800-sq-ft-orchid-and-bromeliad greenhouse pill my nignog >it's hell living in pic related, do any steroid abusing South American women with megaclitorises want to adopt me?
Yes, I’ll post my bonsai in a bit. Last year I bought two small tables to occupy the wall space under my window and loaded them with my trees. I sometimes lean into my Brazilian Raintree and take a hit of oxygen. Feels Goodman.
I'm also a pretty shit plant care taker. Here are 3 bonsai trees I'm growing. The 2 on the left lost some leaves because I was being lazy about care for a month. They needed to be repotted and I was too busy with work and life

Thinkinh of getting one or two Mother-in-law's tongues soon, one for the living room and one for the bedroom.
man I never realized how lucky I was that me mum kept a literal jungle in the apartment while I was a kid, we're talking palms, fig trees, the whole lot
took out tons on the small terrace when it got warm enough
shit was so cash compared to the lifeless prison cell thing I've got going on rn
Anyone have any good vine plants that would look nice in these wall planters?
Any other plant recommendations that would work well in these? I want to gradually make my PC set up surrounded by plants. I plan to add some shelving to have little moss terrariums on and maybe build a little framed moss wall to go near the monitor on the right side
Thinking string of pearls but it looks kinda ugly to me I like moss and things with nice flat leaves not this anal bead looking plant
I take care of them every week and literally all they do is just sit there looking stupid. Buy art or sculptures instead, or cool plastic plants with exotic colors.
I'm going to today
I got a couple bonsai trees I'm growing. A couple of bigger house plants too. Plants are fun and annoying. They are like non moving children
Theoretically speaking, what would happen if one were to put their penis into a pitcher plant?
I don't know anon, but this is not a tread for theory. Go try and report back with your findings.
Pitcher plants are filled with digestive acids. Basically a stomach
it would start milking your cock until
1) you are dead
or
2) your penis somehow falls off
don’t even get me started on ballsack pollination
I only grow temperate species outdoors, have several hundred species tho.
Beautiful. What is that wooden table thing?
feeding platform for the doves.
Is this your garden arborbro
Plants reduce stress <=> higher Testosterone
indoor plants is some cuck shit lol
My gf bought them for me
Very nice
Prune your shit man, jesus
i absolute hate people who does this, fills up the entire windows with plants to the point that the quality of air begin to smell "shut in"

You know we have these things called gardens anon. You do live on at least 50 acres right?
Stop being an annoying little gay, are you on your period and need validation from random strangers?
Is that why you've been making this retarded post multiple times itt?
Cozy as fuck, I want one of those bigger ones you've got, only have a small one currently.
Looks nice man
>vft
that thing is pretty annoying to grow, nepenthes is less annoying
>annoying
all you do is put them in the sun and keep the pot sitting in a saucer of water. that's literally it.
I have 8 plants, I enjoy nurturing them and watching them grow
They die.
Retard
You die.
Yes, I only grow stuff I can eat though (and some roses)
Rate my plants IST
Is this a joke? Some of the worst plants I’ve ever seen
I don't know what I'm doing wrong 🙁 Do I need to water more?
Different plants require different things, and overwatering is a thing too.
Yes, I know. I don't really know if I should water them more or less. Also is there anything else I can do besides watering? I tried repotting the big plant. Maybe the problem is having the window open at night?

Thanks anon, I'll try this.

cool, but remember plants can be dangerous
i have a snake plant and it produces oxygen at night apparently
are there any plants that require 0 light? i will be living in basement and heard snake plant is good but still requires a little light...
If you live in any enclosed area without much light they will die.
I had a lot of weed in my apartment, but in the summer you could smell weed from the lobby entrance of my block. I had to stop... the doorman was giving me the angry look and the tattooed bitch from the apartment downstairs kept smiling as I walked by. I grow cubes now. where do you live that you found those in the wild?
South brasil, border with uruguay
Sieg heil
I'll never understand people who like gardening for any reason other than home grown food / Hispanices.
What the fuck is the point of a fucking fern?
They look nice, and I enjoy taking care of them. Also, when I'm having my morning coffee, or just don't have much else to do, I can enjoy the "view" from my window and appreciate the plants beauty.

both plant pill and shroom pill
What is that red stuff on top of the jars?
gasket silicone, creating self healing injection ports to keep contamination out when inoculating the jars with a syringe
are you farming mushroom in saw dust or something ? im not even sure what im looking at

Pothos
will my health improve if i get some plants that specifically produce a lot of oxygen
I grow venus flytraps as a hobby
Do you make sure they get to eat insects, or is that not as important? Just got mine yesterday, and just realised there aren't any flies or anything ever in my room/apartment. I'm also on the 6th floor, so opening the window won't really attract much.
Should I buy dead insects to feed them with?
I have read you can feed some of them fish food like insect pellets or bloodworms
I feet mine cigarette butts, reminds me of dad.
I mean you obviously turned out fine, how bad can it be?
>have plant it dies for no reason
i even gave it enough water and sunlight these things are a scam
Bulking tips for my pitcher plant? I wanna see how thick, tight, solid I can get it
Get frozen/thawed pinkie mice and give it one per week.
Looking thick, tight and solid anon. Can’t wait to see the progress
Currently on the cactus a day diet. I gotta say its tough but it should be worth it by the end of my cut
Any plants that cats don't want to fuck up, and don't need much light?
I've taken the 1800-sq-ft-orchid-and-bromeliad greenhouse pill my nignog

I tried and they all kept dying. Makes me worried about my future kids.
What is the far right (bottom?) plant?
Its a "common asparagus fern". Just got it a few days ago.
I'm also a pretty shit plant care taker. Here are 3 bonsai trees I'm growing. The 2 on the left lost some leaves because I was being lazy about care for a month. They needed to be repotted and I was too busy with work and life
nice pots
orchids are looking good as well, how long have you had them?
Thanks. I've only had them for a few months now
Royal Poinciana
Mimosa trees?
And then I also have a set of orchids. People say they are hard to care for but they are the easiest of my house plants. So far.
The rest of my plants are just other common grocery store stuff
one of my plant windows
Lovely!!
I've only got a Monstera but I love the little bro.
I'll be getting some dirt soon to replant it in a larger pot.
Thinkinh of getting one or two Mother-in-law's tongues soon, one for the living room and one for the bedroom.
I had your mother-in-law's tongue in my bedroom last night, would definitely recommend.
ok
I have. I'm running out of windows to put plants on
pics or u r a liar
My favorite is saving a $7 orange tree from Walmart to now having it blooming hundreds of buds.
Haha theres definitely a certain “plant” I commonly associate with my life if you know what I mean broooo hahaaa
Onions?

im new to plant care and i recently got this little pot of succulents
ill try my best not to kill it
You can't kill succulents without actually trying to kill them
you haven’t met me then
(just kidding, my zanzibar aloe that i got a while ago is doing alright)
started with little cacti and haworthias, i ended up buying a literal forest (30 hectares)
the plantpill is too powerful
