I am lean, I have a track and field background. I play sports, ride a bike relatively regularly and I do almost daily cardio. I personally don't know anyone who isn't an athlete who is fitter than me. I don't get it.
Talk to your doctor. I don't get IST posters asking IST for medical advice when it's something out of the ordinary. If your hbpm is out and you live a healthy lifestyle then it's an anomaly that needs to be checked by a medical professional. Chances are you're healthy and fine but it's best to check you don't have an undiagnosed heart condition. They take healthy people every year
It is very efficient for training cardio because of the low impact. Also hits most of your muscles.
This can be a downside though, you want to have impact to train your skeleton, but you can get this from lifting.
I have one and i love it but they're hard work. You have to put a lot of thought into it when you first start to learn because one row is a multi step action. Ive got one that stores upright which makes it easier to keep out but out of the way.
I feel it all the way up my legs, ass, back, shoulders and arms. Also good core but i don't tend to feel it so much but it might be my form.

I think you do get it
Nope, still don't get it.
You get it, you just don't like the answer, so you're lying, possibly even to yourself, about not getting it. You are not fit.

what's your resting heart rate? Are you doing HIIT?
Go see a cardiologist. Do you have any symptoms with it like tight chest or heavy breathing, lightheaded, etc? You probably need a stress test.
how many boosters?
>thinking having muscles means your cardio is strong
