also i figured out a potential reason for him calling anyone and everyone a "ketolard" "ketoschizo" etc. it's because anything other than large amounts of bread is "low carb" to him and "low carb" = keto in his mind even though keto means ketosis and if you aren't in ketosis from large amounts of carbs then that wouldn't really be keto would it?

I walk 3+ miles a day with my dog. Don’t really have time for more than that. I go to the gym 4 times a week for about 1-1.5 hours.
