    Looks simular to me even though I dont know his weight. I mostly do weighted pullups, dips and compounds. I usually eat protein pancakes and a mass gainer shake with pb every day

    His back muscles are nonexistent. If he really did pullups you would see more lats present from the front. Looks like a typical model/actor bod workout: lots of chest, calisthenics, cardio. The target audience sees attraction in the chest, shoulders, and abs, and most importantly the face.

    Not hard to achieve considering what exercises you need to do regularly. Assuming you're not a fat fuck
