how long to go from left to right?

my estimate is 2 - 3 months. it looks like 15 lbs or so.

    Literally just train your core. You can drop maybe 5% bf if you're lucky, but the muscle will be there and tone you out

    eat at a slight deficit, and in 2-3 months you will lose most of that hip/belly fat. But you have to be really diligent about calories and hitting your protein goal. Exercise-wise, build up your shoulders and back, and you will you balance out the pear-shape body

      trying to do this now. i've maintained ~210 after 6 weeks of working out even with a slight deficit but i think the creatine and muscle has balanced out any losses. on the other hand, my shoulders are fucking massive compared to what they used to be but i have a beer belly still. i think i need to just suck it up and cut heavy

          they gain it back. most people would go to the gym for an hour and maybe do 30 min of cardio and think they can consoom 1k cals when they burned less than half of that. if someone is disciplined what you're saying might work, but for most, it won't
