It's not just a bag, it's the liners, zip ties, and training manual. Also the material is superb compared to whatever industrial tube sand container you'll get for 6.50

can confirm i've had my iron mind bag for years, had it at different weights, never torn never leaked still looks brand new other than being dirty. it's serious quality
ok anon Im sold so what can I do this shit just out in my back yard? do you practice specific movements or are you just picking up heavy bag and moving from A to B?
the three movements you'll want are carrying (50 to 100 feet, fast as you can), loading over a bar (put your bar in your rack at anywhere from belly button to clavicle height), and bag over shoulder (pick it up and huck it over your shoulder). Check out Brian Alsruhe on youtube.
Yeah go to a butcher, get 1.5 to 2 pounds more like it of flank or bavette, get a few potatoes, a gallon of milk, and start munching. Steak should cost you 45 bucks and lasts you two days. Fast on weekends. Sometimes I substitute the steak with fresh wild salmon for a similar price.
Do it for 4-weeks and report back to us moron
You'd get old-school strongman type strong. That sounds like something they'd do
Download or borrow the Navy's: Navy SEAL Nutrition and fitness book.
Try it out
sounds moronic in a based way. what kind of wrestling moves can you do on the bag?
grabbing and throwing
Way stronger than you think, lifting my heavy bag around cause my traps to explode
>I get if I lift and wrestle a 200 pound sandbag every day
Thats not a nice way to talk about your mother OP
You're gonna get moron strength, keep going
Those thick rubber plates are so ugly. Don't know why you'd ever get them over regular aestetic iron plates.
You can't snatch or clean and jerk iron plates.
>dyel doesn’t know what bumper plates are for
where to get 200 lb sandbag? about to up my functional strength gains
IRON MIND for like 80 bucks and fill it with 50 pounds of crumb rubber and sand.
based but Im not paying 80 fricking dollars for a bag lmao. Ill just get a lighter bag of corn or grain and do cleans into OHP with them or something

>tfw no room to wrestle bags like a moron
go outside
How does one make a wrestle bag that'll hold up??
Honestly, this sounds way more enjoyable than standard weightlifting, which has become boring for me.
Part of the reason why I stopped conventional lifting was because of maintenance and monotony. This is more fun and has a better reward.

Keep it simple, pick up the bag and try to push it over your head. Do this a couple times.
>3 lbs of steak as a main meal?
Umm, care to hook me up with some steak bro?
