I have bad hearts that run in my family, and going on a vegetarian diet is good for that. So i have been, but i recently discovered fake meat made of onions and I really like it. I've eaten onions twice this week and I could see it becoming a staple in my diet. I am aware of the memes, I don't have gyno. In fact I am going bald. With all that said, would onions becoming a part of diet mess me up in the long run? I should mention tofu has a very high protein content compared to other beans.
