I have been lifting for 10 years and im still skinnyfat dyel
I see guys come into my gym and go from skinny twink to muscular and shredded in like 1 year
How do they do it?
>inb4 roids
Im not talking about obvious roiders, these guys are massively jacked huge, but they have 0 fat on them, have obvious muscular gains, and have lean shredded bodies, its like.. they never even had a fat bulking phase, they came into the gym skinny, after after 6-12 months gained lean muscle mass, with no fat added
Feels like ill never escape skinnyfat, its been 10 years now, i would have escaped it by now if i was gona
Because you aren't eating right and they are
I do eat though, im like 5'7 90kg
I was 5'7 70kg when i started
I was skinnyfat looking at 5'7 70kg when i started, and im still skinnyfat looking at 5'7 90kg after 10 years of lifting
Just post body already so we can judge for ourselves
Ok, do you want me to post a good photo, or just a shitty photo?
Meaning, do you want me to make myself look as good as I can like everyone does when they take a photo of their physique?
IE: I take like 1,000 photos till I get a good one...
OR do you want me to just take a few and post whatever comes out?
Post the first one you take
>im like 5'7 90kg
So you're fat, not skinnyfat? Your test production must be ruined
>these guys are massively jacked huge,
I meant to say: these guys are NOT massively jacked guys.
If you can't figure it out in 10 years then you're lost. Words on a screen can't help you.
No I mean why didn't my body auto-transform ?
Is it because I started out Skinnyfat and not Skinny?
Every single skinny guy who comes into my gym goes from skinny to muscular without any fat-bulker phase...
Meanwhile ive stayed Skinnyfat throughout the entire process.
you forgot to lift
the skinnyfatpill is the most brutal pill i think i ever seen. Its literally impossible to fix. Sorry to hear you have to suffer with this. My heart goes out to you
>90kg skinny fat at 5'7
>10 years of lifting
that shit is just funny
go have a nice day already bro
ITS OVER
So how the hell do all these skinny guys come into the gym and gain muscle without ever gaining fat?
Why would they get fat?
A skinnyfat will get fat because they're already fat to begin with and they refuse to cut or lift heavy for some reason.
Did you try eating and lifting more?
Why would I eat more when that would just make me fat?
>5'7
>90kg
Bro, I'm 5'6 with 65kg and I already feel fat, can't even see my abs and I'm skinnyfat. You're in obese territory almost.
Ok well this is what I look like at 90kg 5’7
No flexing, no lighting, just side shot to see how fat I am
I still think I’m skinnyfat and not just fat
This is now a fat people hate thread
I am legit fat? I thought fat was being fat was being American fat
Lose weight fatty
nah u did not lift for 10 years
This why me 10 years ago.
I started lifting in June 2012 and if I remember correctly I basically didn't eat much at all for the first few months when I lifted, and I lost fat.
But since I started bulking after that I basically went back to being skinnyfat/fat again
Notice carpet is the same, same room etc
Are you a SS gay by any chance?
I strongly suspect this is true. Just like some people have genetics that make them jacked in 3 months. Others have genetics that make them perma-dyel. No one on here will ever admit it such doomer sentiment though.
>Are you a SS gay by any chance?
Nah man, I did do SS like 8-9 years ago for a brief period of time to get some strength up, but that was it.
Ive been doing PPL for probably 5-6 year snow
what are your lifts? why haven't you taken the hypertrophy pill?
I literally only lift in the 8+ rep range for the last 5-6 years for all my lifts.
I dont do normie Squats/Deadlifts/Bench anymore, I was even more DYEL when I did that stuff.
I do Incline DB press with 40kgs for 8-12
I do Military press with 60kg for 8-12
I do RDL's with 120kg for 8-12
I just Leg Press a few plates on each side instead of Squatting now, I think I hit around 165kg squat for 3x5 when I did that like 8 years ago
I think at this point then your focus should be losing the fat and living your life as an athletic looking guy who isnt quite jacked. Sorry man.
Damn, you sure lift light for someone who is lifting for 10 years. I lift for 10month and do incline db with 60kg/ ohp 80kg / diddys for 160kg. Quick question: how many reps in reserve you have when you finish your set? Because if you have more than 1 rep in you, you're not lifting heavy enough.
>I do Incline DB press with 40kgs for 8-12
Each hand right?
Right?
Yeah
I hit about 110kg on 3x5 on SS switch over to dumbbells for main chest exercise when I started PPL
40s each side is good for high rep low intensity stuff
Your pressing strength is decent. You probably just need to cut. Then do some more bulks and cuts.
I cant bulk man, anytime I bulk I just start rapidly gaining bodyfat. My body + calorie surplus = instant fat gain.
Posts like this (and your fat stomach) indicate that you just don’t know how to cut and bulk properly. Watch some Dr Mike videos or something. Fortunately, you’re not weak so fix this and you’ll look good.
As I've guessed you didn't even bother with the basics of basics being progressive overload
Check out symmetricstrength.com on archive.org
You're weak as frick on top of having shit posture (implying shit mobility, shit core, complete lack of awareness) and of being fricking fat
What a waste of 10 years, go fix your shit now please
good news: you're not really skinnyfat
bad news: you're actually just fat
Anterior pelvic tilt, makes you look more fat.
Fix your anterior pelvic tilt it's projecting ur belly forward making you look way fatter, picrel you don't have to do every exercise but planks are the best one.
Its genuinely a big thing.
I only realised I had this about 2 ago, when I move into the natural position I go from having a small belly to being able to see my abs somewhat
I am the anon who asked for the picture. You shoud take a frontal picture and pull your shorts up ffs. Diet seems to be your biggest issue but, from what I can see, you are not bad.
>Cut 25 pounds cleanly (emphasis on cleanly, should take you at least 6 months)
>fix posture as other anons already pointed out
There you go that should do it
How the frick could you not figure out something so basic in 10 years ?
You sound like you didn't even bother to do progressive overload or to check protein, calories and micronutrients
>I had an onion tied to my belt, it was the style at the time. And not those little brown ones either, it was a big yellow one, which was the style at the time.
Holy shit your story was pointless, repetitive and boring
newbie
The real lifting redpill is that not everyone is going to make it, some people are just genetically inferior.
Interesting. Ive been seeing a lean and muscular guy at my gym recently for the last 6 months or so, he does pretty much the same routine as me, the same lifts as me, even uses about the same weight as me, and hell, even his exercise selection/order is pretty much very similar to mine (He does PPL)
And yet, he's muscular, has barely any bodyfat on him, he has muscle definition and separation everywhere on his body, and Im a soft fat c**t.
So its obvious the training isn't what im doing wrong here. Im assuming its either diet or genetics. Maybe I just eat too much junk, maybe me being high bodyfat is cucking my test levels so my body-composition gets fricked up by it.
Again, this guy im seeing at the gym for example, he lifts the same weights as me, same exercises, same routine, etc, but he looks 1000X better than Ive ever looked
>maybe me being high bodyfat is cucking my test levels so my body-composition gets fricked up by it.
Yes, check this. Much easier to go from skinnyfit to athletic than from skinnyfat to athletic.
literally just eat less if you want to be less fat, you stupid fricking idiot
Is picrel the guy you're talking about?
Did you do Push day today? If you can tell me what you did today for the first 3 exercises that would be hilarious if you’re actually the guy I’m talking about
I did arms today, started at 5am when the gym opened, started with ez curls superset with tricep extensions.
But I seriously doubt it's me you saw
Ahh nah the guy did OHP, DB incline press, and Dips for his first 3 exercises. He does PPL like me. He basically looks like you though, he might be a tiny bit leaner and has more proportional arms to his chest size
Mirin hard as frick brah, whats your diet like? I feel like thats one of my biggest issues as I got put off being autistic about calorie counting everyday, felt too restrictive.
Used to count my calories as well. But started getting anorexic. Now I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I just make sure to do some sprints on the treadmill to burn it all off. I also train about 3 hours every weekday, though
So you had an arms day, do you train 3 hours a day on a bro-split? Ie: chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms or something?
So it's:
>Monday - Chest
>Tuesday - Back
>Wednesday - Shoulders
>Thursday - Arms
>Friday - Legs
Including 20 minutes on the treadmill, followed by abs from Monday to Thursday
Ah I have actually done a split like this before, but I got told to do PPL instead for the frequency.
Do you actually train for 3 hours each session here minus 20 minutes treadmill and some abs? So basically you train 2.5 hours of purely weights for the target body-part on the day?
Is it 2.5 hours of non-stop training with barely any breaks? or are you taking like 4-5 minutes between sets, etc?
This
is me so nta but I train 90 minutes to 120 minutes weights only no cardio with barely any rest between sets, but I train antagonist muscles or superset a movement that hits the muscle I just hit in a different way. Like tonight I did back, a tiny bit of chest, then biceps at the end. But for back I did a pull down, then a rope pullover, then a cable row in sequence for back, then I might hit some pec deck just to get a nice chest pump going so I mog everyone and everything in the vicinity and stretch my chest so my back works better, then back to back work, then to hammer curls, dips, etc it just keeps going I just love it.
cont. High intensity and high volume and I get bored standing around for much longer than one minute. Most of the rest would be me walking to whatever else I was using. I reach failure on A LOT of my sets because of this style. After training like this for years I still feel sore in whatever I hit the day or two after, and I train 7 days a week because it's an addiction. This is truly the best way to make gains as a natural.
I usually aim for at most 1min rest between sets, but it can take a minute or three to move on to the next exercise
It’s a very low frequency in my opinion. I do 2x heavy Legs and Back with sometimes a light 3rd day and 3x chest and arms
Never do cardio, it makes you skinny
- Chest
- Back
- Shoulders
- Arms
- Legs
What do you do when the gym is closed for a day? Doesn't your whole schedule get fricked up for a week?
Or do you just carry on the routine from the next day so you dont actually always do Chest on monday for example?
I usually catch up the following day, and skip a few non-essential exercises. If the gym remains closed for over a week, I'll typically start training at home, or look for a new gym
That makes sense thanks
If you have good genetics you can just eat intuitively and stay lean. It's what I've always done. I'm not that poster but I'm 6'2" 195lbs lean after 2.5 years of lifting weights in a gym and several years before that doing calisthenics as a teen.
This is my absolute goal body. Are you natty? Is it hard for you to maintain this? Teach me your ways
Step 1: Install autism version 4, with the OCD plugin
Step 2: Train every weekday
Step 3: Do cardio at least thrice a week (sprints)
Step 4: Repeat for 7+ years
Have you ever had a "bulk fat phase" or did you just go from skinny to muscular like the OP was talking about?
Always been skinny, but gains have been excruciatingly slow these last couple of years
Fat to lean body mass helps determine your hormonal profile, so it's best to always stay as lean as possible.
Your fat cells fermentize test into estrogen. You won't make any progress while this happens. Bulking and cutting is a meme for naties. It works only for roiders.
Lose weight and then start gaining lean mass.
Also get on d3 and magnesium with all the cofactors. You might be deficient in chomium as well.
>they came into the gym skinny, after after 6-12 months gained lean muscle mass, with no fat added
That's called high testosterone. If you have high testosterone your body will naturally not hold fat, you will start skinny and skeleton if you don't eat enough. You start feeding it and you instantly put on your baseline muscle and then some.
It's not roids. That's genelet cope.
What are your lifts?
