    If your cardio sessions are less than 1 hour chances are you're just stressed out. Endurance exercise can definitely lower T from overuse. But you will never reach this limit if your sessions are less than 1 hour.

      Absolutely not true. Try lifting seriously and add in two cardio sessions that are 1 hour and see what happens.
