        Get your shit together, snowflake. Eggs take like 2 minutes to cook, and most of the protein in them isn't bioavailable until they're cooked anyway. If you really want to guzzle your breakfast just throw protein powder, oats, milk, and banana in a blender and drink that.

      Slightly cooked white with raw yoke yields the most protein availability.
      A raw egg is better than a straight up cooked egg in terms of its protein absorbability.

      These differences are so minimal, however, it hardly matters.
      I eat my eggs raw because it's easier. If my wife makes them for me, she fries them and I eat them on toast.

    I boil a bunch of eggs at once and store them in the fridge sometimes. I’ll store them in water, swoy sauce, cooking wine, and hot sauce. After a day theyre tasy af and i have a delicious ready-made protein source.

    8oz chocolate milk, 8oz egg whites, one scoop of whey. Best gains of my life doing this as a post workout shake. Bonus was absolutely incredible farts. My friend was doing the same thing and putting on muscle, but worked in an office and they threatened to fire him because he would just fucking nuke the place. Buy the liquid egg whites in a carton or the big pump jug if you really like farts.

    If you want to be a raw food nut, then eat garlic, it’s one of the few foods that loses its potency when cooked.
    Eating raw garlic also snaps you awake better than coffee in my experience.

    But you should cook your eggs brah.
    They literally take like two minutes.
    If you put butter in a cast iron before you cook it, the whole thing slides of with zero mess left over.
