I've been thinking about this for five minutes, my first thought was just increased intake of citrus fruits, like grapefruits and oranges, but vitamin C is a small part of a much bigger picture; it's really just one of many antioxidants that gained a massive reputation thanks to a quack in the mid 20th century called Linus Pauling. So, really, you want a diversity of antioxidants, so you want to eat loads of berries, and fruits and vegetables more generally.
But then "immunity" is a pretty broad term, whereas the immune system seems more specific. You want to prevent mineral loss and atrophy too - the musculoskeletal system. You want skin integrity - the integumentary system. And, of course, you want to maximise immunity against the most common killer, so you certainly want to maximise your cardiovascular system.
