Yeah man I’m sure you’d feel the same if someone was shrugging at the bench presses. You’re selfish brother it’s ok to be but don’t be a coward about it.
Cleaning it is OK for a few reps or even sets but when you're doing it beyond failure then cleaning the bar every rest-pause rep becomes extremely hard on your cardio
Anything that increases strength carries over to more hypertrophy later. If you get strong delts the weight is gonna be bigger when you do your upright rows and lateral raises too. Plus only noobs think there's such a big line between training styles, you gain more size than most people here believe training for strength and vice versa.
Honestly, not that great. OK for front delts but that's about it. I'm a decent overhead presser but it wasn't until I added in plate raises and laterals that my shoulders really started to look good.
I don't fucking know, why wouldn't it? You may be retarded.
anterior delts get enough work from other pressing movements, but is this good for the other delt heads?
>OHP in the squat rack
i ohp in the squat rack
>squatting in the OHP rack
>squatting
It's a rack that holds the barbell at shoulder level or above. There's no difference other than one being arbitrarily called something different.

VNR
i always OHP at the squat rack
i need a place to rack the bar
If you can’t clean it you shouldn’t be OHPing it.
based

You only need to clean it once
>squat rack
>it only weighs ~50kgs
If I ohp more than you squat theres no logical reason for me not to use it
I OHP more than most people at my gym squat
You’re fat and your gym is full of gays, regardless, it’s a squat rack, not an OHP rack. Clean it next time champ.
You don’t big boy so don’t worry about it.
>Calling the curlrack a rack
It's good as a second/third lift but shit as a main lift imo
Yes but not as good as seated DB OHP
mirin serratus
how do i get mine that red
doing ohp
But for the more pertinent question
>What is the best exercise for trap hypertrophy?
Heavy power shrugs with straps.
lower traps or upper?
if lower, pendlay rows
idk upper, i don't like big upper traps
Upper. Will do pendlays.
(checked)
What?
upright rows
Yes for the front half of your deltoids and upper traps serratus and triceps
yes its good for the front and back delts. dont forget lateral raises

Just do OHP pussy.
>But I don't like OHP!!!!
Too bad, if you read this post and don't OHP this week you will get AIDS.

Yes, if done with low reps and multiple sets.
I do sets of 10-12 for 50kg and my delts are pumped.
The pump is only temporary brother
>muh hypertrophy says the dyel
what does that even mean you fucking mongoloid
Literally only front delts and triceps
>t. retard
Keep coping ohpcuck
you will always be double digit iq
You will always be a dyel
>t. weighs 70kg
why is he a retard
ohp only trains triceps and front delts, maybe some lateral delts but depends on your technique
ok dyel bro
