              sigh. i started at a shit spot. like 210lbs, no muscle, could barely bench a plate when i started. trying to fix years of childhood obesity isn't gonna be overnight. i see more muscle definition now, everywhere arms back legs, but all my fat is in my stomach and chest so thats the area that demoralizes me.

                seated OHP 120lbs also for 5 reps. ive got some muscle behind the tits but u cant see it cuz of the tits :/

    Get gyno surgery. It's a pretty simple procedure. I believe it's even an outpatient procedure. They just slice your nip, pull the gland tissue out and then stitch it back up. Idk if you're in the states or not, if you are, you may be able to get it covered if you have insurance. If not, then good fucking luck getting it paid for somewhere like Canada or the UK. It's considered cosmetic in most cases. You'll have to find some way to pay for it out of pocket, or fly somewhere like central America or eastern Europe to get it done. You can minimize it with proper diet, but it's pretty much always going to be there at risk of flaring up.

      that’s what i’ve been doing for months bro. for months i to the gym 6 days a week. PPL 1.5 hours lifting and 30 minutes cardio daily. not counting calories but i’m eating whole foods chicken beef rice vegetables fruit shit like that. diet isn’t 100% great tho i do like sweets and shit but i’m burning it. i’m walking a lot
