Specifically my routine is my 3 to 5 real pull ups, about ten band assisted pull ups then i go ans hop on the lat pull down machine at a lower weight so i can pull it to my chest and hold isometrically for a couple seconds
no because being able to do a pullup is a sign of being dyel. The more pullups you can do the more dyel you are. That's why people add weight to pullups because they are jealous of the sheer mass of a powerbloater.
That's not how it works. I'm 190lb and can do them no problem. I even put 45lb on my back sometimes.

Unless you are Mike Tyson training 8 hours daily, that weight is not all muscle and you do not have the comparable agility of an actual fighter.

if you weigh less than 150 lbs, you need to do 50 pull ups
