onions sauce, vinegar, salt, msg, black pepper, ginger, and garlic with softboiled eggs. You let them sit for 2 hours to 2 days and they take on a denser texture and a really great taste. It's like marinating meat.
>marinating your eggs in søy sauce
it's over for you
Not bad, however, once peeled I will simply eat the eggs. I would have to peel like 10 eggs just for 4 of them to survive until they are marinaded. Too much work. Tell you what though, I'm going to marinade some right now.
So they're worthless? Phytoestrogens are good. They should be called phytoSERMS. They block uptake of endogenous mammalian estrogen, which has a much greater feminizing effect. S0ey is basically steroids.
pickled eggs are such a great snack. i do mine with cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pickling spices, garlic. put a little frank's red hot or sriracha or whatever on it if you want. very yummy and easy to make.
pro tip bros, if you hard boil your eggs by steaming they are allegedly easier to peel. i don't know if it actually makes much of a difference but i feel like it does so that's how i do them now.
sugar is honestly optional but i think it's yummy. i don't usually like sweet pickles but i think it works with stuff like pickled peppers and eggs. just a preference thing. sugar, like salt, helps preserve things so it doesn't really affect the shelf life.
also the first time i made them i followed a recipe with sugar, and then i tried making them without and it didn't taste right. so possibly just what i'm used to. the nice thing about making it without is that you can just add it to the brine if you decide you want it, but you can't take it out. same with salt levels, if you under salt you can always add more, it'll dissolve on its own after a while even in the fridge.
Deviled eggs are also great, esp if you pass on the mayo and sub sour cream+yogurt for creaminess. Can't eat a ton of straight up hard boiled eggs but can slonk a dozen deviled eggs with cracked black pepper and smoked paprika
you can make pickled eggs that last for a long time. I would do this if I had space in my fridge, but since it's tiny, I just add a splash of onions sauce or worcestershire or hot sauce on top of my eggs, salt and pepper.

alternatives?
Alternatives to onions sauce? I guess Worcestershire
I'll give it a try next time.
Worcestershire sauce.
Made from fermented DEENZ shit you not.
I do love that shit, and I could see it swapping in easily.
Too much effort. I will simply salt and pepper my eggs as usual.
>not supporting your local farmer's market/swap meet and buying a local spice
Volcano rub goes good on everything
>sugar rub
Mostly cayenne pepper and salt, but yeah.
Natural selection.
>Alternatives?
Stop Being a homosexual what the frick
>onions sauce
>salt
Why? Soi sauce is pretty much salt in a bottle
Sounds like chinky onions garbage. Low T f
Slop for bugmen
You know what? This doesnt sound too bad actually. Might try this tomorrow

Frick, I just now realised I have no eggs, it's tragic. I must eat oatmeal tomorrow morning then...
Is this what 40+ women feel every day?
>marinating your eggs in søy sauce

>he doesn't sushi max for the raw fish protein
Actually basting your eggs in onions sauce is pretty bad, OP. What are you doing
Onion sauce is actually free of xenoestrogens/isoflavones. It's the one onion you can eat kek.
sounds great but do you have a sauce for that sauce fact?
not my problem
The fermentation process eliminates a large portion of the phytoestrogen.
So they're worthless? Phytoestrogens are good. They should be called phytoSERMS. They block uptake of endogenous mammalian estrogen, which has a much greater feminizing effect. S0ey is basically steroids.
sure but why do people who eat lots of søy either become asians or søybøys
Black person I don't know what any of those words mean and I am a happy and healthy man. Stop caring about trivial shit.
Why would you do that to an egg
It makes the yolk tastier and creamier. It's what they put in ramen.
I like what it does to the whites too, there's kind of a snap after a couple days
That honestly sounds good, OP. I might try this with Worcestershire instead of Onions.
I hate cold eggs. Eat them while they're hot.
You can heat them too, or put them in broth if you have it at any point, but I get that.
that looks kino

you have to enjoy life anon.
Not eating sóy sauce, and I don't think anyone should.
for me it's this but having a jar of eggs ready to go in the fridge is based regardless of preparation

never bothered with the sugar, do you find it really adds something?

Pickled eggs are killer
egg is fine. stop making it unhealthy with oils.
nobody in this thread has mentioned oil you fricking schizo
so essentially, you are just like making a half baked century egg
that reminds me, I should make pickled eggs again.
Deviled eggs are also great, esp if you pass on the mayo and sub sour cream+yogurt for creaminess. Can't eat a ton of straight up hard boiled eggs but can slonk a dozen deviled eggs with cracked black pepper and smoked paprika
Why does everything have to be seasoned? Why can't I just like the taste of eggs?
Jap detected
4-6 hard boiled eggs
some salt and pepper
dump some salsa on them
piece of toast on the side

>cooking your food
this kills the vril and your gains
I’m tempted to get a huge pickling jar and just pickle my eggs for the week and eat them for breakfast instead of making them fresh everyday.
Is this viable?
Pickle eggs for the week??? homie how you gonna 490 eggs in a jar??
yes, depending on how many you need as
said.
There's nothing particularly wrong with onions sauce and what op is doing is just what japanese people do all the time.
