Objectively false. It lacks many vitamins. You still would need some meat and veggies to fill in the rest of your nutrition profile, but quinoa is a good grain, not that much better than the rest, but definitely one of the best picks.
It tastes great. Remember to add something acidic to make it even more delicious(lime juice for example). Easy on the bowels too. It has some ecdysterones similar to turkesterone, which in turn has some sort of evidence of having an anabolic effect. I don't know enough shit to comment further on relevance of said stuff but might be worth to look into.
If you can afford the semitic prices go for it on occasion.
I did an experiment with ecdysterones. Bulked and cut eating about a cup of quinoa and spinach a day. Bulking didn't really notice much of a difference, but cutting I noticed a huge difference. Kept just about all of my strength despite losing about 20lbs, which has never happened with any of my previous cuts.
You need quinoa from the Andes because that is most nutritious. There was a large number of crops from not the Andes but still from Peru which is nowhere near as nutritious or good in quality and made with pesticides etc.
Other countries have also started growing quinoa and so further muddied the water of quality.
Cheap quinoa, quinoa in restaurants etc too is of questionable quality although who knows how you verify it all unless you know of a Andes brand you can trust.
It is good though, fills you up and keeps the bowels healthy

What is b12. It’s only available in meat and yeast. Overall quinoa is great, just not a complete nutrition profile, and the addition of meat, eggs, fruits, veggies, and milk would make it far easier to get all your vitamins and minerals.

I know you trolling, but I got no issue with carbs, they make up close to 50% of my calories in a day. Just so I’m not confused with ketogay
No, anyone who would do so is very psychologically not o.k. Same spirit as the girl who injected shit into herself because she wanted her legs amputated.

A tier carb source
Right behind steel cut oats
Like the garbage version of oats, wheatberries, and barley. It has mid-tier protein content among whole grains.
I like to jack off into my bowl of quinoa I call it cumoa and it adds a lot of flavor when I eat it

i like to do a quarter cup of quinoa per cup of rice, it gives it a nice flavor and texture, alongside additional proteins.

Gay israelite prisoner food of swarths
has all essential amino-acids
bump
expensive rice
Top tier food in the nutritional sense, you could eat only quinoa your whole life and you would be completely fine

Only veggies, quinoa has all protein amino acids so meat wouldn't be necessary

Cook it like spaghetti, not like rice.
> Boil, avoid overcooking
> Strain and rinse well
> Make a salad with it, use a lot of lemon
Make sure to soak quinoa overnight to get rid of phytic acid. Same with oats
