Also, if you whisk your scrambled eggs prior too cooking you're a pleb. Just break the yolks and mix it occasionally while cooking to get nice yolky and nice whitey chunks. and don't overcook them like heuvos rancheros.
Cooking eggs makes some if the proteins get denaturalised, basically decomposing them and making them useless for muscle growth. Thats why bodybuilders eat them raw. Just make sure the quality is good

I do 50% scrambled eggs (still a bit runny) and 50% bacon.
Flat with broken yolks to make em flatter. After I flip it I use the spatula to smoosh em against the pan.
