      cut a bit then bulk, otherwise you're going to be a fatcel the whole time during the bulk. If you cut first, you get to enjoy lean gains and actually see your muscles growing without a layer of fat over it

      He literally has my same body type. I’m 6’3 190 now but started off skinny fat. Always had big legs and calves but skinny everywhere else. Didn’t play any sports besides pickup basketball occasionally.

        How do I escape this? I have literally always had this body type.

        For me, jumping on a 4 day split where 1 day is for legs helped a lot.

    I never really worked legs, I do cycle but already had the big legs before as well.

    In my case, depsite having quite normal hip bones, my femur great trochanter just goes way too wide.
    I have always hated how I looked in clothes because of it and that's why I decided to become IST.
    Currently I'm just basically skipping leg day apart from calf raises. I also do keep cycling. Might actually start doing some quad work in hopes it might widen a little of the lower part of my thigh.

    Lucky that my shoulders are quite wide and since my hip bones are normal I do look acceptable shirtless.
