You can. You can't do them at the weight you think you should to be able to do them. You've got to start small. It's a very uncommon movement so most people have zero base strength in those muscles. Start with, honestly, no weights. Just do the motions. Then go up a couple pounds at a time from there.

not doing anything isn't the way of helping it. Your supraspinatus is getting impinged and putting pressure on your bursa? do some basic stretches as well as assessing your mobility on movements like external and internal rotation of the shoulder. The main purpose of the other shoulder muscles and your rotator cuff muscles is to stabilize the G/H joint, which provides support and helps prevent shoulder impingement. Just because you have back pain and stuff doesnt mean you cannot solve some of your other problems.

I do OHP and don't bench. Bench doesn't give you any core stability gains just from bracing for every lift.

I don't have a shoulder day, but I could do shouders every day, or maybe every other day.
idk I don't have a day for them I just rotate between bi/tris and shoulders (rear and side delts) every day at the end. Press a lot and do a seated shoulder press every week for front delts. My shoulders are growing for sure
I like Lu raises to warm up my shoulders for standing DB press afterwards.
