1. My max time on planks is 30 seconds three times. I add 5 seconds every session with planks. What time duration should I max out on so that I can move to weighted planks?
2. Is there some sort of progression for Dragon flags? Like should I be able to do hanging toes-to-bar leg raises before trying to do Dragon flags? I heard it's hard.

i do 2-3 sets on the ab roller and this yoga video everyday. but like, if youre doing dead lifts, you'll get them eventually. i only do romanian deadlifts once a week so i supplement it with these core work outs.
pull ups help too.
